HCA/HealthONE's Swedish Medical Center Names New Administrative

Director, Business Development for Women's Services

HCA/HealthONE's Swedish Medical Center announced that Christina Merritt will be joining the
organization as Administrative Director, Business Development for Women’s Services. Merritt
comes to Swedish from Sky Ridge Medical Center, a Level II trauma center located in Lone Tree,
Colorado.

Englewood, CO, July 31, 2018 --(PR.com)-- HCA/HealthONE's Swedish Medical Center announced that
Christina Merritt will be joining the organization as Administrative Director, Business Development for
Women's Services. Merritt comes to Swedish from Sky Ridge Medical Center, a Level II trauma center
located in Lone Tree, Colorado.

Christina has been with HCA/HealthONE since 2006, beginning her career in the Far West Division, Las
Vegas. She was instrumental in developing the breast oncology service line for Sunrise Hospital,
Mountain View and Red Rocks. In 2010 she joined Sky Ridge Medical Center where she introduced Sky
Ridge's first oncology navigation position. As the Manager of Navigation she was instrumental in helping
to earn Sky Ridge Medical Center's breast center accreditation (NAPBC) and build the breast program.
She later launched a full-service navigation department supporting breast, lung, GI, GYN and neuro
oncology. Christina was promoted to Director of Service Line Development supporting the Oncology and
Neuroscience service lines and the Advanced Wound Care Center. During her eight-year tenure at Sky
Ridge, Christina was instrumental in expanding the women's, oncology, neurosciences, and robotic
services.

Christina's primary focus will be the growth and development of the women's services lines.
