Subject HSE General Requirements

Dear ALL,

Please find enclosed approved latest Lusail HSE General Requirements for your
information and necessary action.

We will commence implementing penalty fines, raising of NCR's and institute suspension
of works or parts of works if we find justification that there is life threatening issues on the
job/project site. NCR's and penalty fines on HSE related issues will be raised if corrective
actions are not implemented within the required timeframe. Waste accumulated at the
project site that has potential of fire risks MUST be removed within 24hrs.

This new approach on HSE monitoring is to commence with immediate effect.
