Strategy is something which, even a small firm will need to make to succeed in market.

To make
people aware about consulting and strategy a lot of seminars will be needed to organize and I had a
lot of experience in organizing events. I had held many positions of responsibility like core member
of Cultural Committee and MEA at NIT Raipur and had organized a lot of events like Spectacle-The
Drama, Art Exhibition, Robo-wars. I had worked 2 years in BPCL and I was also holding position of
Hindi Coordinator of my plant and was Chief Editor of monthly magazine of BPCL and was involved
in lot of decision making. I was nominated Member-Secretary of Manmad Town Official Language
Implementation Committee nominated by Home Ministry and there also a lot of decision making
was involved.

All of these experiences had developed a lot of skills like leadership, managerial and organizing etc.
These all will be helpful in organizing various events of Konsult. I am also a recipient of prestigious
national level OPJEM Scholarship awarded for managerial and leadership excellence.

I have good interpersonal skills because of which won many prizes in debate, quizzes, poetry that
will be required a lot while working in Konsult. Last but not the least I know that I will require to
invest a lot of time to make all our events a grand success and had to manage my academics side by
side. This will not be a big problem for me because I had managed work of many committees at NIT
Raipur and still I was Silver Medalist of my batch. I hope all of these qualities will help me to serve
Konsult in a great way.

To bring new initiative I have a plan to start peer to peer learning in our institute.

 First of all, we need to create a database of all the students of PGP 22 batch having details of
their field of expertise, work experience and also the field in which they require help.
 Then we will make a match of need v/s requirement
 A small group can be formed with this data and thus knowledge sharing will happen.
 This initiative will help students broaden their knowledge base and will learn from each
other’s experience.

We thus have a chance to make a Big Learning Community which will spearhead the career of the
students.
