Written Assignment: Vocabulary Strategies

(30 points possible)

For this assignment, you will need to create a total of three vocabulary
strategies, each of which must be different. You may choose from the
examples listed on pages 70–89 of Teaching Reading in the Content Areas.
For each strategy you will submit three (3) files:

1. a blank template of the strategy

2. a sample using one of the terms from the content that your host
teacher is currently using

3. a completed self-evaluation rubric

Note: You will need to click download the "Rubric Worksheet" to your
computer or a memory device. You will then need to complete the
document and submit it for each strategy.

Below are examples of the requirements for each strategy.
