Assistant Director of Writing Center Programs 2017 - 2018
Helped plan and lead monthly full-staff meetings that covered a variety of topics including
stereotype threat, tutoring students with disabilities, and supporting experienced writers. Planned,
coordinated, and led ongoing-education sessions for over 50 new and experienced writing tutors on
such topics as partnering writing centers with co-curricular programs, tutoring English language
learners, and writing an inclusion statement for the Writing Center. Supervised 50 tutors and
undergraduate front desk workers.
