Challenges of Medical Technology

Introduction
Over the last 20 years it is found that there is an increase in the field of satisfaction of the users

in health services. Here user satisfaction is so important because of following reasons. First, the

patient satisfaction gives them more chances to bring more facilities in their hospitals. Secondly,

the feedback of patient is so important that it helps them to improve their mistakes regarding the

health services. Thirdly, user will satisfy by the behavior of consultants working in that

organization that can be done by satisfying them by give them complete information regarding

their health.

Different people give different opinion regarding the user satisfaction. In 1997 Sitzia and Wood

give a literature about user satisfaction and travel many countries regarding this. They made

World health Report on health system management of low and middle class countries and

highlighted their issue in WHO (World Health Organization). There are many people in the

world which are dissatisfied with their health services. Most of the healthcare centers have

shortage of medical staff due to their weak budget.

Healthcare system infrastructure helps the people to become healthy always. Many of the

countries face problem regarding their healthcare services. The staff of the healthcare center is

not available all the time. Most of the deaths happen due to lack of healthcare services. Many of

the healthcare centers have not as much facilities as they admit patient in their healthcare center.

Their budget is weak and they cannot afford all of the facilities in their hospital. They have not

as much of budget that they can install new technology in their hospital.

Literature Review
In the literature writer says that developed countries have made a policy regulated by world

health organization for patient rights and medical facilities. The first part of the health care

depends on family planning services which can produce a change in variation in the user

satisfaction levels. The case from the user satisfaction shows the presence of health cases which

were not pointed in the history. The evidence from history suggests that pregnant woman in

Brazil was involved in a high risk and there are no as much facilities for them to treat that

woman in regular manner. All of this is the mistake of the Government of Brazil.

In the Middle East, there are cases present for the negligence in medical facilities. People

complain that government is not providing adequate resources to deal with the change in Medical

field. If a person faces a severe heart attack there are no ENT or ECG machines available in local

hospitals. The facility of stunts is also not updated on regular terms. Sarah (Atiknson & Haran,

2015) also studied this point in response to providing health care responsibilities for the

developing countries. From the last 20 year we can see that there is a change in satisfaction level

for health services .The important part here addressed the user perspective where health services

are related to the compliance of treatment with the person in health areas. There is a change in

communication behaviour with decision making strategies.

We can also see from literature that related to Indian population the level of satisfaction for user

are changes a lot regarding primary healthcare system. This condition is being told by the

manager who controls their health system. If the facilities are not provided by the government

then they have to face a lot of problems regarding the health issues of people.

The writer says that most of developed countries introduce two kinds of hospitals in their

countries one is for-profit hospital and other is not-for profit hospital. The not-for-profit hospital

is for low salary people and the income which they generated is from the charity and from other

local business people. The not-for-profit hospitals have lack of specialist and good physicians

due to which they face lot of problems regarding this (Andrews, J., Khan, & Crisp, 2017).

Government should think about such hospitals otherwise the morality rate here is increasing day

by day. On the other hand for-profit hospitals are very much well settled and they have lot of

specialist and physicians that help them a lot.

In the article (Makadma & S, 2017) the writer says that Middle East has less amount of

healthcare facilities for youngster of ages between 10 to19. It is found that almost 25% of

youngsters are present in whole Arab region and in the GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council)

countries. Youngsters are mostly suffering from many communicable diseases like mental health

issues, sexual issues, reproductive system issues and alcohol or drug addicted problems. It is

found that Oman has less amount drug addicted youngsters almost 5% of boys and 2% of girls.

UAE, Qatar and Kuwait have high amount of drug addicted youngsters almost 25% of boys and

more than 10% of girls are suffering from the tobacco addiction. The government of Middle East

has to build health care facilities, clinical education and adolescent health research institute in

order to guide the adolescence.

The writer says that in middle there are some of the places where the roads are not well aligned.

The roads are not so constructed. There is no way to go to the hospital. He also described the

relationship between the client and the healer, Social form and individual behavior. In many

hospitals in Middle East the staff is not well experienced. They cannot handle the emergency

cases quickly. In every culture the way to treat the patient is different from the other. The

Western culture is much more established than the Middle East culture. The way to heal from the

wound is different in different culture (Ibeneme, Eni, Ezuma, & Fortwengel, 2017).

We have find out from several authors that provides information about the healthcare services

satisfaction level. The factors for this include the desirability of investigators which raises the

chance of care system to change the service structure. Change is to be made in research design

which forms the structure of health systems. If the response of the country toward the low and

middle income people changes than the decentralization issue related with this also changes.

The healthcare system staff is different in different countries. Some provide good facilities in

emergency situation and some do not provide good facility. Most of the hospitals in Middle East

have not as good staffs as the Western region have in their hospitals. The staff of Middle East

hospitals does not perform well in emergency condition. They have no as much good staff. The

solution to overcome such problem is that they should hire the person for the research purpose.

Their researcher should be aware of the modern technology and should suggest the hospitals to

purchase that technology in their hospitals. They should adopt that technology in their hospital.

Most of the countries does not have so much facilities for the treatment of danger diseases like

cancer, heart disease etc. So the morality rate of the countries is very high in such countries.

Such countries cannot afford such technologies because of weak budget and they have shortage

of medical staff. Such countries cannot afford the high class doctors because of the weak budget.

The patient does not have trust in them because of their weak staff that they cannot perform well

in emergency conditions. The solution of such problems can be that they should get a feedback

from the patients about their services. They should try to improve the mistakes that patient

mentions in their feedback. By this way they can improve their facility and will be able to satisfy

their patients.

The existing healthcare facilities can improve themselves by hiring researcher for their hospitals.

By doing this they can be able to aware from the modern technology and will be able to adopt

modern technology in their hospitals. They can also improve their facility by taking a feedback

from the patients. By doing this they can be able improve their mistakes. By satisfying their

patients they will be able to increase their profit. For a hospital patient is their ultimate boss

because they are customers of their hospitals and paying them for their services.

Everyone in the world is born with health capital. They had born with different capabilities

according to their generic characteristic and physical behavior. Environment has big effect on the

healthcare. The mental tension has a bid impact on the health issues of the people. Health care

policy will fluctuate permanently between cure and preventions. The best way to live happily in

life is to remain always happily. There is best saying that to be live healthy in life than be happy

in life. Society has a big impact on health if someone is ill in a society than the flow will spread

in the environment. If someone is suffering from nose flew than person nearby him will also

suffering from that disease (Gille & Houy, 2014).

Healthcare system in cities is more than in villages. The life of village is so simple and the

healthcare issue is less as compared to big cities. Very few of them is suffering from danger

diseases. Therefore, healthcare system is less located in village side than in big cities. If anyone

is suffering from any serious disease like heart disease in village than they have to shift

themselves to cities in order to recover from the disease. The change is involved in developing

countries and it is important to understand the variables for the health care. Healthcare

expenditure remains an important topic for the health expansion. Government fails to reconsider

the nature of healthcare demand (Gile & Houy, 2014). Peter has also addressed the deficiencies

of health care in developing countries’.

Conclusion
The Middle East has a limitation to healthcare technology. This can be desired as the negligence

of government to address the needs of healthcare facilities. There are problems present for the

patient which faces restriction in emergency conditions. There is negligence in training of

personnel. The reduction in budget and conventional medical techniques prove a question for the

health department.

This research will be conducted in the descriptive form. First areas where attention is required

would be discussed in accordance with the finding. Research design will be presented in such

way that primary areas will the main focus and secondary areas will help us to make a solid plan

for implementation.

If there is a chance of conducting literature survey is given first the areas from government

perspective will be highlighted. This portion will be related to dividing the research areas into

small groups. The first group will be the patients and medical personals. The past records will

help to depict the real nature of the system.

Government hospitals and dealt care facilities will prove assumption about hindrances in

systems. There is thereason why the healthcare budget is reduced and implemented on other

targets.

If the past records for medical personnel are conducted, the nature of hiring techniques and job

description will effectively help to identify the problem in the department.

Data will be collected with the help of quantitative and qualitative measurements. In terms of

qualitative analysis, there will be online survey were there response of people will be gathered

through facts and answers about the present problem. In case of quantitative analysis, interviews

and questionnaires will be carried out. Thisquestionnaire will address all the areas where

development is required for health care.

The medical history will also prove an important part of the analysis. Data description will be

carried out in the form of changing the nature of results and requiring the statics for use. This

will help to provide information about problems. This will also clarify why problems are there to

hurdle the medical technology development.

The literature review includes multiple opinions. In the first case, there was adoption for the

western world and health standards. In West, there is a concept for the user’s satisfaction. In

another work, there is our view that healthcare facilities should be understood as important for

the developing countries’. Another person stated that training of medical professional is required

when there are fewer chances for the errors.

Literature also suggests that Health services were researched as the main part of the population.

The subject of mortality was considered as the most important form for developing countries. If

this problemwere ignored there will be a decrease in population levels.

Findings from the literature review were in accordance with the problems associated with

research objective. Medical changes in development were kept on negligence side form

government. There a son why this is preferred is according to logical facts. For example, the

example of Sri Lanka and Bangladesh were presented on account for the Middle East country.

This concept is important to address when the topic of health care and budget control is required.

This research will provide a close investigation of problems in health care advancement and will

direct the studies to a positive layout where all the important things are addressed in a systematic

manner.
