 Peterson American Corporation (T1). Current Position: North America IT Coordinator. Since
September 2016.
Duties: Reporting to IT director in corporate office. Coordinate local IT personnel activities and
provide customer support in multiple facilities (MEX, USA, CAN, UK). Forecast and management of
local budget. Management of all IT projects in Mexico and special projects around the globe
organization. Development, implementation and support organizational global solutions. Help desk
system management in Mexico’s facility. Local network (wired & WiFi) infrastructure administrator
and WAN teamwork member. Servers’ management (DB, Apps, files, printer, user, antivirus &
backups). CMS’ ERP implementation and users support. Timeclocks management and support to
payroll personnel with TRESS System. Support to finance and foreign trade users with Cofidi network
and CFID 3.3 (governmental instance compliance). Production lines communication monitoring and
supporting workstations & barcode systems. PBX system support. CCTV management. Isolated

Nov09.
Duties: Coordinate all activities’ area. Support shop floor work station users and warehouse
management. Ensure communication between DB servers and production lines for data collection
(track, store & back up). Handle BOM information to analyze costs & profits. Management system
for dispatch & reception of shipments. Manage technologies involved in JIT process to avoid line
shutdowns and reducing parts production.
Development of new projects of the area as well as others internal areas and corporation divisions.
Coordinate third party provider’s activities through work plans. Six sigma projects implementation.

 TRW Braking Systems (T1). Position: IT coordinator. From mar 03 to may 07.
Duties: Budget management. Coordinate all activities of the area and the personal too. Help desk
management. Administration of servers application such as email, ERP, RH, shop floor DBs,
security, updates, images releases, users, files, user & printing. Infrastructure & LAN management.
Six sigma projects implementation. North America member team as local responsible for SOX
compliance. Local administrator of web portal clients (Ford, Chrysler, GMC, Honda, VW, Nissan)
for advanced shipping notice (ASN). TS-16949 compliance coordinator for IT.
