120.00 g Radish
simmered pork, air dried ( can be placed in the chiller uncovered overnight
to dry out the skin )
Preparation
1. Heat oil in a pot. Saute white onions and tomatoes for 1 minute.
2. Pour in water and add Knorr Sinigang Mix, Knorr Pork Broth and pork slab. Simmer until pork is fork tender.
3. Set aside simmered pork and air dry. (Braising can be done in a 330 F oven.)
4. Add finger chili and adjust seasoning with fish sauce. Rub air-dried pork with fish sauce. Deep-fry in preheated
350 F oil until crispy and golden brown.
5. Season each vegetable with Knorr Rostip Powder. Heat a grill pan over medium to high heat, pan-grill the
vegetables. Set aside until ready to use.
6. To plate, cut fried liempo into 1/2 inch thich pieces and serve with grilled vegetables and hot sinigang broth.
