Students who have been allotted MBBS Degree course in Sri Ramachandra Medical
College & Research Institute and BDS Degree course in Sri Ramachandra Dental
College & Hospital of Sri Ramachandra University for academic session 2017-18
through centralized counseling by the MCC of DGHS, New Delhi, are advised to
report to complete the admission process on the date and time specified in the said
allotment order.

They should report with their parent along with original certificates and Demand
Draft towards tuition and other fees as specified below:-

1. Students should make sure that they fulfill the eligibility criteria prescribed for
admission by the MCI/ DCI. Admission is subject to medical fitness of the
candidate.
2. They should bring the following certificates/Documents in Original:-
i. Allotment order issued by the MCC of DGHS, New Delhi
ii. NEET (UG) – 2017 Admit Card
iii. NEET (UG) - 2017 Result Card
iv. HSC or equivalent mark statement
v. 10th mark / grade statement / Birth certificate
vi. Transfer Certificate and Conduct Certificate / Migration certificate
vii. Community Certificate for OBC/SC/ST students
viii. Six Passport size & Two Stamp size colour photographs (same as in NEET
admit card photograph) and one Passport size photograph of Father and
Mother. Photograph of Local guardian if applicable.
ix. Copy of Aadhaar Card.

3. Demand Draft for the Tuition and other fee as specified below, drawn in favour
of ‘SRI RAMACHANDRA UNIVERSITY’, payable at Chennai. Cheques / Cash
will not be accepted.
For MBBS (General category)

Important Note :

i. Part payment or Payment of fee by installment is not permitted.

ii. Refund rules as notified by this University will be applicable.
iii. Cheques / Cash will not be accepted.
iv. If a candidate fails to report on the date and time specified by MCC, DGHS in
the allotment order along with the original Certificates/Documents and/ or
fails to pay the tuition fee by Demand Draft on the day of admission, he/she
will not permitted to proceed with the admission process. The vacancy arising
therefrom will be duly notified to the DGHS.

4. General:

i. Students will be governed by the University rules, disciplinary rules, hostel

rules and UGC/MCI/DCI Regulations for Curbing the Menace of Ragging, as
published in the Student Manual of Sri Ramachandra University available on
www.sriramachandra.edu.in

ii. At the time of admission candidates should sign declaration / undertakings

declaring that they shall abide by the rules and regulation of the University
including anti-ragging Regulations of the UGC/MCI/DCI and observe good
conduct and behavior and that they are bound by the University rules for
payment or refund of fees.
