GRADE 10 – LEVEL

MECHANICS

1. Open to all bonified grade 10 students enrolled in the Gen. Pio Del Pilar National High School.

2. Minimum of one STUDENT-PARENT and maximum of two STUDENT-PARENT TANDEM entry per
section.

3. Menu of the student-parent should focus on the Pinggang-pinoy health goals.

4. Menu should be cheap enough not exceeding 100 pesos good for two persons.

5. Steps in cooking should be demonstrated clearly and submitted in a mp4 video format to the
MAPEH teacher. The nutritional content of the food should be discussed during the cooking
demonstration.

6. Steps in cooking demonstration as well as the discussion/explanation should be shared by the

student and parent.

7. Judge’s decision is final and irrecvocable.
