1 – Purpose
To describe the competencies of HACCP team which can have impact of application of food
safety of products and implementation of FSSC 22000 and HALAL at ABET as per FSSC 22000
and HALAL food standard requirements.
2 – Scope
This document is applicable for all full time currently working in different sections and engaged
in food safety team for food safety related activities and all related work activities in application
of FSSC 22000 and HALAL standard requirements.
3- HACCP Team:
HACCP Team at Ashfaq Brothers Eggs Traders has been developed by taking competent
persons from all departments (Quality, Management, Processing, Purchase, and Marketing) who
have adequate skills and knowledge applicable to the development and implementation of a
HACCP based food safety and HALAL programs. Following is the competence of HALAL and
HACCP team.
