Accommodation

This is in regard to the accommodation facility being extended by the university to the participants and
their parents for the "Convocation 2018" from July 12 till July 14, 2018.

A nominal amount of Rs. 350/- only per person per day is being charged in which four meals shall be
provided. No additional amount is to be paid towards accommodation. The amount is to be paid in cash to
the hostel, directly at the time of check in.

Students shall also be provided to and fro transport facility between hostel and university campus on July
13 & 14 for rehearsal and ceremony day. This is also at no additional cost.

Interested participants can indicate the number of their family members to the following email id for
confirmation of accommodation.
Number of family members may please be restricted to two only. Friends are strictly not allowed. Only
those who inform in advance shall be provided accommodation.
