LocalMix helps bridge the gap between local music events and new artist
discovery. The app allows users to search local venue calendars via the
Songkick.com API,  and build custom Spotify playlists with the results.  Users may
also search events by city or venue rather than using default geolocation.

PetPicker aims to emulate dating service swipe apps, but with the focus shifted to
pet adoption rather than romance. Users are able to view local pets in nearby
shelters through geolocation, and save favorites to their account for later review.
Once a pet is saved to favorites the user is able to view the shelter's contact
information.
