This Writing must be handed in to your course teacher on class 13 or 14. It should NOT be done in class.

In the short video that you have watched you could see the Mena family and their activities during the
week and at the weekend. What are your daily routines on weekdays? What do you do at weekends?
What do you like about about your daily routine? What don't you like about it? Do you do similar activities
to the ones the Mena family do?

Write a text of approximately 100 words to describe your option. In developing your ideas you should
include areas of vocabulary and grammar structures that you have worked with during the course.

My daily routine isn’t the same for every day. For example, on Monday I get up at 6 AM and then I have
breakfast a lot of “protein pancakes” that I always cook the previous night. My breakfast is some different like
Mena’s family because I don’t eat only this delicious pancakes, also I add a coffee, an orange juice and a
vitamin juice called “Activia”, very complete! Haha. But the breakfast is the same for every day.
Then, at 7AM approx., I brush my teeth and go to the University on public transport. I study Psychology in
UBA. All the morning I stay in the University. But Tuesday I enter to University at 1 PM to 4 PM, and
Wednesday I enter al 7 PM to 22 PM.
The University is on Independencia avenue and is in front of Farmacity in San Cristobal, a neighborhood of
Buenos Aires. The University have got some class rooms, stairs and hallways, there is a buffet. But in the
University there isn’t a garden  like Agronomia, the institution where I go to learn English once a week after
the classes in San Cristobal.
After the classes, some days like Tuesday, Friday and Saturday I go to work. I work in a gym. Then I return to
my house, have dinner and go to sleep.
On weekends I usually go to run, listen to music or play video games on computer. Some weekends I visit my
brother in La Plata city. I’ve got one brother, Franco. He is 26 (older than me, I’m 24 ). Franco is sometimes
quiet but I know that he loves to be with me and my mom. He doesn’t like eating protein pancakes, haha.
Franco’s got a pet: Rocco, an English bulldog. But every Saturdays I study for my exams, it’s the only moment
that I find to study. I hate this from my routine. But I love my routine in general.
My activities from the routine are similar to Roberto and Gabriela from the Mena’s family. I don’t work in the Tv
or in a radio, but I believe that their activities from the day are very busy like my routine.
