1. Chairman’s Opening Remarks

The chairman welcomed all members to the third

meeting of the year.

4. Matters arising

4.1: Representatives from Research &

Development

Mr. Luqman expressed that I.M.C R&D need to

make a schedule meeting with officer in charge
of Finace department to talk about an increment
of budget for R&D department in order to make
our product much more advance and equip with
new technology. He added more that R&D
department are going with a research to increase
our product performance, fuel efficiency and a
new design.
4.2: Representative From Finance
Mr. AbdulRahman Mohamed Bahaswan expressed
that we should increase the workers overtime
payment. He said that currently the workers are not
having a good pay for their working time and
hardwork. And he also stated that the company
should reduce the manufacturing cost and balance
the company budget to make it more stable.

4.3: Human Resource Issues

Mr. Adzrul Shahkiz open an issues and a complaint

that his department receive from another workers
regarding their colleagues disciplinary and attitude
problem such as coming late to work, claiming
overtime payment but didn’t even perform the 20/2/18 OPEN Human
work and the work done by them are not according Resource
to the maintenance manual that will affect the
company product. So he suggested that that
company should filter and do some IQ test before
accepting any new workers. This is to ensure that
the company is employing a highly qualified
workers and a responsible workers to do their job
thoroughly.

4.4: QA&QC Representative

Mr. Qamrul Hafiz expressed that our product are

being inspect very detail to ensure the product that
being produced by the company are in high quality
that meets the clients needs and statisfaction. Not
only that, he said that we need to improve more on
our green technology and fuel efficiency.
5. Other Matters

5.1 Qualification Test 20/2/18 OPEN H.R

The Chairman and H.R Representative stressed that

the company should do a qualification test for new
employee or potential workers before accepting
them to work with the company. This is to ensure
the quality of our product achieve a high standard

5.2 : Workers Motivation.

Mr. Qamrul and Mr. Abdul Rahman stated that we

should motivate our workers by held a employee of
the months and provide a selected workers with a
reward for their hard work and good behaviour.
