As you can see here my last post was in May and now August has
made its way in. The anniversary of my birth is coming this week.
[Bless my parents for having me and Bless The Most High for His Righteousness.]
And so my gratitude for being blessed to have life, your kind words of
motivation for my work, as well as seeing others who [in addition to having
families, jobs, and other demands] work so hard to get this message out to
the people have brought us to this point here, right now. Bless and Love.
The Most High always places you all in my heart and prayers for
your well being and our move toward righteousness.
Matthew 7:13-14
Ingredients:
5-6 Cups Water
½ cup Daikon radish, Diced
1 cup Acorn Squash, Diced
1 Ripe Plantain, Sliced
1 medium Shallot, Minced
1-2 Garlic Cloves Minced (or 1 teaspoon powder or to taste.)
¼ cup each of Red and Brown Lentils
½ C Red Pepper Chopped
¼ C Raw Whole Pepitas (pumpkin seed)
Himalayan Pink Salt
3 dashes Sage Powder
3 dashes Old Bay Seasonin
Salt and Pepper To Taste
Instructions:
Before Prep set a pot of water to boil with Pink Salt. Add All ingredients in
order of list. They just cook better and the lentils don't get stuck to
bottom of pot.
Simmer on low to med for about 30 min til daikon and squash is cooked
through. Water shouldn't be boiling over but a gentle rolling boil.
Optional: For a more creamy soup-- puree pepitas with ½ c Cashew Milk
(Plain Unsweet)
