 Bidders need to submit one or more purchase order(s) of cumulative value more than Rs.
50,000 /‐ for supply of Plastic items to any of its customer within last 3 years [i.e. Purchase(s)
order placed on or after 01.08.2015].

S1. QUOTATION SUBMISSION

Tenders in two part bids are invited for Supply of Plastic End Cover to BHEL IVP Goindwal.
Following point need to be noted by supplier as follows: -

Sealed tenders in two parts; Part-I: Techno-commercial bid and Part-II: Price bid are hereby invited for
supply of ‘Plastic End Cover to BHEL IVP Goindwal’as per tender enquiry. The relevant
documents are attached with the Enquiry.
The two bids should be submitted in separate sealed inner envelopes duly mentioning the detail as

S3. Loading Criteria Cum Counter Offer

BHEL reserves the right to negotiate with L1 or re-float the tender in case the quoted prices
are not acceptable. BHEL will not give counter-offer to vendors for this tender except MSE
benefits mention in clause no. G14 of GCC of MM Tenders. In case any MSE vendor, do not
accept the accept the counter offer, then the applicable counter offer (i.e.20 %) quantity shall
be given to L1 vendor. In case of two or more L1 vendors, the tender quantity shall be divided
equally among L1 vendors.
