Dear Manager,

I would like to invite you and your staffs to see and check on the wirings and bulb of our school this coming
“BRIGADA SKWELA WEEK” that will be on May 28- June 1, 2018. The wires were not working properly.

As a constituent and a principal, it’s important to me that my teachers and their students are able to receive
safe and effective learning in their classroom through sufficient lights.

Learning can be most acquired through enough resources, and one of it is having a good light all over the
classroom. So, for us to be able to achieve that we need assistance from you to check on the wirings and
bulb of every classroom in our school.

I would welcome the opportunity to begin an ongoing dialogue with your office about wirings. I will follow
up with your office to discuss the details of arranging the checkup.
