    Prime4Inspection conducted a flash report on their inspection of Proserv Middle East on June 12, 2018. The inspection found that Proserv's material review board (MRB) manual did not meet the specifications of their customer, TCM. Prime4Inspection instructed Proserv to update the MRB manual to match the previous project's specifications and notified TCM for review. Proserv agreed to have the updated MRB manual ready by June 19th and to include all required details like purchase order and job numbers on documents going forward.

    INSPECTION / SURVEILLANCE FLASH REPORT

    Report Number: 3844-57138-001

    1) DATE / PERIOD Of INSPECTION: 12th June 2018

    2) DETAILS OF WORK PERFORMED & RESULTS:

     Visited Proserv Middle East to discuss the MRB status.

     It was noticed MRB manual is in not line with TCM specification.

     Explained how to prepare the MRB manual as per TCM specification.


    Instructed to follow same as previous PO. Vendor replied they are working on
    MRB manual which will be ready before 19th June.

     Notification is raised on 19th & 20th June for initial TCM review.

     Discussed with vendor regarding minimum details required on all documents as


    per TCM MRB specification such as:

    A) PO No: 7500057138

    B) Mr. No: 3844-KK-MR-L2047

    C) TCM JOB No: 3844

    D) ADCO Contract No: 15810.01

    E) ADCO Project No: P02065

     Vendor informed this type of exercise will be done after scanning of documents.
    Please refer to attachment for our reference.
