Reconstitution

Reconstitute the 250,00 ; 600,000 ; 750,000 u with 5 ml NS. 1.5 mu with 10ml. Do
not add more than 1.5 mu to an IV solution (limited stability).

Stability / Miscellaneous

 Prepare just before use.

 Avoid shaking to prevent foaming.
 Reconstituted Solutions: Streptase reconstituted with 5 mL of saline
(Sodium Chloride Injection USP, 0.9%) or dextrose (Dextrose Injection
USP, 5%) is stable for 24 hours at room temperature (15 to 30°C) and
refrigeration (2 to 4°C).
