As a Customer Care Associate SINCE 24/04/2006 TO Present
As a Customer Care Associate these are the duties performing by
me:
• As a working team of a leading and most developed company in India as a
Customer Care Associate I have to work with proper planning.
• I have to plan and organize publicity campaigns on day-to-day basis to
create the awareness amongst the people about the company’s products
and services.
• For successful campaigns I have to allocate the specific tasks to
researchers to know the general views and needs of people and emphasis
on particular field like college students’ needs, professionals’ needs etc.
• For better campaigning I should find out relevant photographs and other
illustrative material so that campaigning will come more effective.
• I have to select the better-written material, photographs and illustrations to
create favorable publicity amongst the submitted materials.
• I used to undertake public opinion research, analyses the findings and
plans public relations campaigns.
• I am responsible to organize special exhibitions, seminars, entertainment,
competitions and social functions to promote goodwill of the company and
for favorable publicity.
• I have to attend business, social and other functions to promote the
company’s products and services.
• I have to give suggestions to executives one the public relations’ policies,
programs and practices.
• I have to coordinate and oversee the preparation of staff magazines and
other internal communications.
• I have to attend day-to-day customer walk-ins and listen their complaints
and provide solution.
• I have to handle all the work related to customer care like retention, billing
issue, daily reports etc.,
• I am also responsible for sales and help to other team members for
achieving store targets. We are giving new GSM and CDMA service to
mobile subscribers, handsets, broadband service, wireless landline etc.,
• Reliance is the first Telecom Operater in India who is providing GSM and
CDMA service.
• I have to handle day-to-day transaction of the Cash, Cheque & Credit Card of
the Bill Payment.
• At the end of the day I have to give the daily reports of the total Collection to
the Finance & Account Department.
• I also look after the queries of the Walk-in customer related the network
problem, sim card problem, bill dispute etc.,
• I also help my Supervisor for preparing the monthly reports.
