Notification 80 Sections of Companies Amendment Act, 2017
MCA vide notification dated 05th July, 2018 notified 4 Section of
Companies Amendment Act, 2017. These 4 sections shall be come into
effect w.e.f. 15th August, 2018. (LIST A).

MCA vide notification dated 05th July, 2018 notified 1 Section of

Companies Amendment Act, 2017. (LIST B).

MCA vide notification dated: 13th June, 2018 has notified 5 Section of
Companies Amendment Act, 2017 (LIST C). MCA has already notified
below mentioned 28 sections of Companies Amendment Act, 2017 w.e.f.
7th May, 2018 (LIST D). MCA has already notified 43 sections of Companies
Amendment Act, 2017 w.e.f. 9th February, 2018 (LIST E).

Now total 75 sections out of 93 section of Companies Amendment Act,

2017 has been notified. 43 Sections notified on 09thFebruary, 2018 and 28
sections notified on 07th May, 2018 and 5 sections notified on 13th June,
2018. (Section 2 covered in Both List A and B therefore counted as one
section)
