My husband changed his pswd on his iPhone6+ the past couple of days to keep our 9-year-old off
his phone, and forgot his new pswd. He tried so many, his phone now says, "disabled, connect to
iTunes". The problem is, he has never synced with iTunes, and his iCloud was already full a couple
of years ago when he bought the phone, so he has no backup of any of his info. He has been
dilatory, I know, to skip taking care of this, and I've spent hours on google and YouTube, trying to
find some way to help him. Otherwise, he will lose a couple years of job contacts and info,
thousands of job and family photos, and he's just sick. SURELY, there has to be a way to get his
info back, but I'm not seeing that it's possible. I can hardly believe that...how do the authorities get
info off deleted phones and computers? You can't pay someone/a company to do this when it's his
phone, and it would be obvious once it's unlocked?

Another question would be if there's a way to back up an iPhone that has been disabled, so that
