Dear Mayor:
Praised be Jesus and Mary, Now and Forever!
Security is defined as a state or quality of being secured or free from danger or fear.

In line with this, we plan to conduct a Basic Martial Arts Training for the Barangay Police Security
Officer (BPSO) Personnel and other selected residents as responders of Sitio Garinan, Barangay Madaum,
Tagum City on September 25 and October 2, 2016.

May we ask your help and support for the materials needed right after the training, such as :
baton,whistle, sweat shirt and flashlight. Moreover, a speaker who will talk about the responsibilities of the
barangay tanod and its responders. Furthermore, may we ask your generosity for the snacks and lunch of the
brgy. Tanod during the training seminar.
