handling Concierge Services and Guest Services Experiences and Facility Services of Clientele.
Maximizing Revenue Generation with regular follow-ups till lead closures. Identifying and
Networking with Prospective Client. Generating business from existing accounts and achieving
profitability and increased sales growth. Managing Client Relations & Briefing Projects and Arranging
site visits. Coordinate with Operations Team to get closures.​ ​Setting up the Concierge Desk and Front
Office as per the hotel standards.​ ​Prior to that I was attached with​ ITC Hotels​ as a ​Concierge
Supervisor​ and handling Concierge Services and VIP Movements of IPL and Celebrity taking care of
their needs and New Process to be Implemented and Reservations and Group Check-in and Check-out
and Duty Manager Shift and other Front Office related work. Prior to that I was attached with ​Oberoi
Hotels & Resorts​ as an ​Front Office Assistant​ and taking care of Group Check-in and Check-out,
Concierge services and Duty Manager Shift and other Front Office related works and revenue
planning and reservations etc.
