The 2018 ASIAN GAMES official known as the 18th Asian Games is a pan-Asia multisport event that held from
August 18th to Sept 2nd 2018 in the Indonesia cities Jakarta and Palembang .
For the first time, the Asian Games are being co-hosted in two cities Indonesia capital of Jakarta (which is
hosting the games for the first time since 1962) and Palembang the capital of south Sumatera province.
Gelora Bung Karno main stadium in Jakarta will host the opening and closing ceremonies of the Games

ABOUT FANS ZONE – ASIAN FEST

Fans Zone are the hub places for athlete, contingent, supporter and also public. Fans zone is a place that
especially designed for people to meet up and enjoy the Games and Asian festival. Fans Zone located in
two main cities Jakarta (GBK Stadium) and Palembang (Jakabaring stadium). Visitors will be presented with
ASIAN culinary festival, music festival of ASIA countries where some friendly countries such as Singapore,
Malaysia, Thailand, India, Philippines, Japan and others will participate. In this place visitors can also spend
time for recreation, shopping, eating, or just walking around while waiting for a schedule of matches that
will take place.

 DISCLAIMER
1. Booths that are selling drink must only sell AQUA, Pocari Sweat, Coca-Cola, Sprite, Fanta, Frestea, and Minute
Maid.
2. Booths that are selling sportswear or sports equipment must only sell products from 361 Degrees.
3. Booths that are selling watches must only sell products from Tissot.
4. Booths that are selling electronics (handphone and television) must only sell products from Samsung.
5. Products from competitor brand is not allowed.
6. Participants one of these 3 bank accounts each on BRI, BNI, Mandiri.
7. During the event there will be no transaction in cash.
8. Please keep in mind that different booths in different area have their own specification and facilities, e.g,
there are 2 different 3mx3m booths, one with sarnafil tent and the other one is only space given.
9. Participants may write down the desired booth number, but the committee reserves the right to change the
location of the booth.
10. 1 booth space is strictly only for one brand or one company.
11. Participants are expected to follow all rules inside the guide book.
12. Violation of the rules gives the participants a penalty.

ASIAN FESTIVAL

Q: If we want to refill our booth facilities along the exhibition day (food, beverages, any additional
equipment) how and when?
A: You can load from 22.00 – 05.00 wib everyday with notes “all vehicle are not allowed to enter the GBK
venue because the policy during AG are not allowed any vehicles to operate, except VVIP and
government or Inasgoc operational vehicle)

Q: Where are the parking lot area for exhibitors and visitors?
A: You can parking your vehicle on surrounding building near GBK, we are not serving any parking lot for
tenant and visitors

Q: When the loading schedule?

A: Technical display load H-5, booth content (food & beverages only) H-3. H-1 all area must be set and
clear

Q: We have 5 ID card, can we have more?

A: 5 ID card for 1 tenant, if you want more please buy the entry ticket (valid for daily only). Please note
that 1 ID’s are for 1 people on your list, cannot be borrowed for any reasons

Booking & payment method:

1. Choose the location, remember the booth ID (number)
2. Do payment via bank transfer (should incld the tax ppn 10% on the nominal) with special notes your
zone and booth number must be fill in
3. Come to Inasgoc building, FX building 12nd floor and meet our marketing team
4. Bring your payment receipt, copy of NPWP
5. Fill the Tenant Forms, give it to our marketing team
6. Fill the accreditation for the ID cards
7. Fill the technical forms for our technical perusal
8. Communicate to our marketing field team to survey the location if you need
9. If you need more amps for electrical please call our marketing and sales team or you can discuss
directly at Inasgoc FX building 12nd floor
10. Make sure you clear enough of everythings. Any request on H-5 will not be processed
