Goods return procedure from port

If need to return goods from ctg port or any place, specially C & A and Primark goods need to return
from ctg . When the goods delivery to C & F or CFS agent that time document also handover to C & F
agent like invoice, packing list, bank & custom clearance etc, after received the goods they arrange qc
inspection if the goods fail by qc inspection they inform to commercial department and same time
inform to merchandising department, when merchandising department confirmed about the goods then
merchandising department inform to commercial department to return goods from ctg port. After
confirmation from merchandising commercial department collect from NOC from bank, custom, c& f
agent and inform to logistic to collect the goods. Logistic department arrange transport and collected
goods, in the meantime merchandiser and commercial department inform to factory and factory ready
to keep the goods accordingly.
