Classification and Registration Card

Extension/Update Service
For practitioners who already have a professional classification and
registration cards with place of work as “Not Working”

1. After you activate your account successfully, Log into your Mumaris account, by enter your
email as a username and the password then click on the ” Login” button.

1. Place the pointer on „Classification and Registration Services‟ from the list of „E-
Services‟. Click on the “Registration Card Extension”

2. The information page will appear, read the general instruction for „Registration Card
Extension‟ carefully, then click on the “Done” button.

3. You will be directed to the „Practitioner Information‟ screen and pertaining data will be
displayed. Complete the (Contact Information) section, then tick the checkbox
acknowledging the validity of the information you have provided. Click on the “Next”
button to proceed.

4. In the „Job Information‟ screen choose the job type ( Government - Non Government -
No work ) and then enter the Provider Name (employer name or hospital name).

5. In the „Attachments‟ screen, you can upload the required attachments but please make
sure to upload the attachments as per the format and size displayed on your screen. Use
the “Select” button to add an attachment. To proceed, press the “Next” button.

6. In the „Data Review‟ screen choose the delivery method, either by selecting SCFHS
branch or SMSA Express, make sure you review the data, read the declaration and
confirm your data by ticking the declaration statement checkbox. Click on the “Next”
button.

7. In the end, the screen will display your application reference number and shows your
request status as ‟Submitted to SCFHS‟, click on the “Finish” button. Note: You will
receive an email after reviewing your request.

You will receive a confirmation email after approving your request.

Fees Payment of Registration Card Extension

8. To proceed with the payment, click on „My Requests‟ in „Query Services‟ to view the
request. The status of your application will be returned “To Beneficiary/Fees Collect”, click
on (Display Case) to proceed the payment.
Note: The status will change to “Closed” once the application is approved

9. The „Fees‟ screen will appear, select the payment method - either Sadad or Credit Card -
then click on the ”Next” button.

9.1 If you select to pay by credit card, click on the “Click here to pay” button .

9.1.1 The „Billing Information‟ window will be displayed. Fill your credit card details and
complete the procedure of payment by clicking on the “Next” button till you reach the
last page and make sure you click on the “Finish” button at the end of the payment
process.
Click on the "Next" button to proceed, note that the status of will be change to „The
payment was made‟.

9.2 In case you select "Sadad", a reference number for Sadad will be displayed on the screen.
Complete the payment through ATM or through your online bank account. Click on the
"Next" button to proceed.

10. The status of your application will be „Submitted to Collect Fees‟, click on “Finish” button.
Complete the payment through ATM or through your online bank account.

After the payment is completed your new registration card will be delivered to you according
to the method specified by you previously.
