We are a Eucharistic-center community.

The Second Vatican Council stated that the Eucharist is

the source and summit of our Christian life. We, as a Catholic community, celebrate Mass twice
a month throughout the year. If a holy day of obligation falls on a school day, we participate in
the Mass that day. We usually celebrate Mass the first Friday of every month and the third
Thursday to pray for an increase of vocations to the priesthood and religious life. Without
vocations, there is neither Eucharist nor Church. Mass is at the highest point of our spiritual life
at St. Brendan.

The fundamentals of the Mass are taught in our Religion classes for our students who are non-
Catholic.

It is so essential to our school community that graduation is held within Mass every year. Our
students' greatest accomplishment is within the context of our greatest form of thanksgiving to
God.

Listed below are the dates for our school Masses, held at Saint Brendan Church for the 2017-
2018 school year.
Parents and relatives are more than welcome to join us. All are welcome!
