JQL:
Jaipuria Quiz League - JQL, a unique initiative of Jaipuria Institute of Management, seeks to
stimulate, engage and reward collegiate to compete and collaborate with peers. It represents
the passion and spirit of our dynamic institute as it nurtures thinkers and pioneers for
tomorrow. It is a multi-phased and multi-faceted contest that runs for 90 days.
The league kick starts from colleges PAN India that is the preliminary round followed by select
teams that make up to the regional round that is conducted at Lucknow, Noida, Jaipur and
Indore. The JQL will be culminating with a grand finale at the end of the season.
ELIGIBILITY:
Jaipuria Quiz League is open to all students of final year of graduation, who are keen to unleash
their intelligence. So if you are ambitious and want to carve a name amongst the best of talents
nationally, then this is the place for you.
ROUNDS :
The quiz is open for participation by students of final year and pre final year of graduation.
Each team will consist of 2 participants. Both the participants must be from same college.
However they may be from different streams and different year in their graduation.
There would be a common set of 50 Multiple Questions for all the teams at the college venue.
The quiz will be conducted in paper pencil/pen mode.
Quiz will consist of multiple-choice questions. The questions will cover General Awareness,
Logical Reasoning, Mathematical Aptitude and Business Awareness. The teams will be given
different set of question series.
Participants must bring pens/pencils; Quiz Booklets will be provided. Writing pads or similar
objects to keep papers on, must be brought by students.
The 1st round of quiz in college will take 60 minutes in total. In 30 minutes the quiz will be done,
remaining time will be used for evaluation and for conduction of a discussion on any
current/relevant issues.
Answer sheets of the preliminary round will be evaluated by the organizing team in presence of
representatives from the institutes and requests for checking the same by
participants/accompanying adults will not be entertained.
In case of TIE only, the final winner will be decided based on total number of questions
attempted and negative marking will be applied and 0.25 marks will be deducted against every
wrong answer
