With due respect, I, Ashutosh Pujari of St. Xavier’s College would like to inform you that I had appeared
for the Jadavpur University political science undergraduate entrance examination and had secured a place
in the first list.

As you might be aware that I need a withdrawal/cancellation certificate from the St. Xavier’s College to
take admission in Jadavpur University, I would thus request you to grant me some time in this regard so
that I can procure the necessary documents for the admission as it is a long procedure and requires time
and paperwork.
