Thursday, August 30, 2018 – Arrival Day
 8:05am—Vanessa, Katie, & Madison arrive to Nashville Airport (SW Flight 49)
 9:52am – Mia arrives to Nashville Airport (AA Flight 1670)
 Nashville Airport is about a 20 minute uber ride to the hotel
 Check into hotel—Hyatt Place Downtown Nashville
 Location: 301 3rd Ave S, Nashville, TN
 Reservation under: Kathryn Malia, confirmation #: 6288540
 Check in time: 3:00pm, but luggage storage is available if room isn't ready
 Explore Nashville—free time to get to know the city as everyone arrives throughout the day
 Lunch – Hattie B’s Chicken (optional)
 Location: Midtown, 112 19th Ave Nashville, TN (10 min uber ride)
 Price Range: $8-15
 Menu: Southern Comfort food, fried chicken
 6:00pm— Reconvene at hotel to get ready and toast to our first night!
 8:00pm—Dinner at Skull’s Rainbow Room (reservation)
 Location: 222 Printers Alley Nashville, TN (13 min walk from hotel or 5 min drive)
 Price Range: $15-40
 Menu: American food and craft cocktails
 Attire: Dressy Casual
 10:00pm—Burlesque Show at Skull’s Rainbow Room (watch from dinner table)
 More bars afterwards if we’re feeling up to it!
Friday, August 31, 2018
 Breakfast (free at hotel)
 1:20pm – Check in for Pontoon Saloon Party Boat Tour (10 min uber ride from hotel)
 Location: 2 Victory Ave #100 – meet at the East Bank Docks near Nissan Stadium and
River Front Park, look for Pontoon Saloon Boarding Sign
 The boat tour will happen rain or shine, however if weather is severe enough that it is
unsafe to cruise, we will be contacted to reschedule.
 This is a public tour, so there will be other people on the boat.
 Ice, cups, coolers, a server, and music will be provided. Alcohol and mixers are BYOB.
 Everyone will need to fill out a waiver online ahead of time on the website—Katie to
send to group.
 Attire: Nash Bash Bride Squad shirts
 1:45pm – 3:45pm - Pontoon Saloon Party Boat Tour
 Gift Opening before dinner
 7:00pm – Dinner at Acme Feed and Seed (3 story venue with rooftop bar, no reservations)
 Location: 101 Broadway Nashville, TN (9 min walk, 5 min uber ride from hotel)
 Price Range: $11-20
 Menu: American, Southern, Sushi (different food options on each floor)
 Attire: Nash Bash Bride Squad shirts, cowboy boots optional if you have them!
 8:30pm—9:00pm—Free Line Dance Lessons at Wild Horse Saloon
 Free line dance lessons are appx. every hour and a half
 At 10:00pm venue becomes 21+
 Night out on the town—Honky Tonk Bars on Broadway

 8:30pm – Check in for Hunks: The Show Male Revue
 We will need to pick up tickets from box office
 9:00pm-11:00pm – Hunks: The Show Male Revue
 Location: Piranhas Nashville, 174 3rd Ave North Nashville, TN (6 min walk from dinner)
 VIP ticket includes reserved seating close to stage
 Night out on the town!
Sunday September 2, 2018 – Departure Day
 Breakfast (free at hotel) or brunch out
 8:02am – Mia flight from Nashville International Airport (AA Flight 1928)
 12:00pm—Check out of hotel—luggage storage available
 4:30pm – Head to airport
 7:05pm – Katie, Vanessa, Amber, and Madison flight from Nashville International Airport (SW
flight 4190)
