There is no relationship between CED film thickness and anolyte conductivity as long as your CED bath

conductivity and anolyte conductivity is with in the spec.

Anions(CH3COO-) are generated during CED process and it is moving to Anolyte system through semi
permeable membrane at the anodes there by the conductivity of anolyte increases and replenished with
DI (maintained with in the spec between 400 - 400 microsiemens). If anolyte system not removing the
Anions then it will be remain in CED bath then the conductivity of bath slowly increases make difference
in film formation.

E coat Paint is combination of D.I Water _ 85% + Emulsion + Paste _13% (Mainly Black, Grey primer)+
Solvent 2%

Anolyte is a solution of DI water and an acid. The pH and conductivity of this is specified by the E-coat
paint supplier. The acid to be added is normally called pH controller and is also supplied by the E-coat
paint supplier. The function of anolyte is to conduct the charge from the anode to the paint and to carry
away the acid generated in the anode cell into the anolyte reservoir.

The theory of ultrafiltration is much like the function of the kidney in the human body. The UF
membrane removes water along with solvent and solublizer from the E-coat bath and this solution is
called permeate. The permeate is recycled back into the E-coat bath after utilizing it for paint recovery.
If it is drained it leads to unbalance of solvent and solublizer in the bath as well as the permeate tanks.

The constituents of ED paint is not part of public domain and will be covered under IPR. That in any case
is not useful information for a user.

Yes it's true that standard voltage requirement is 230-250 volts

pH always increases in CED Bath which could be brought back to normal range by adding "Acetic Acid"
(pH Controller).

 Electrical conductivity, a measure of a material's ability to conduct an electric current

 High quality deionized water has a conductivity of about 5.5 μS/m, typical drinking water in the
range of 5–50 mS/m, while sea water about 5 S/m[2] (i.e., sea water's conductivity is one million
times higher than that of deionized water).

demineralized water / DM water,[3] is water that has had almost all of its mineral ions removed, such
as cations like sodium, calcium, iron, and copper, and anions such as chloride and sulfate.

Deionization is a chemical process that uses specially manufactured ion-exchange resins, which
exchange hydrogen and hydroxide ions for dissolved minerals, and then recombine to form water.
Because most non-particulate water impurities are dissolved salts, deionization produces highly pure
water

Electrical conductivity is the measure of the amount of electrical current a material can carry or it's
ability to carry a current.

SI units of siemens per meter (S/m)

Water conductivity

Pure water is not a good conductor of electricity

TDS or Total Dissolved Solids is a measure of the total ions in solution. EC is actually a measure of the
ionic activity of a solution in term of its capacity to transmit current
