Philippines, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law, hereby depose and
state that:

1. Around 9:30 a.m. of August 6, 2018, I served a copy of the FINAL DEMAND
TO PAY dated July 23, 2018, and signed by Atty. Joanne Marie A. Coma to MS.
MA. ISABEL B. SANGUTAN on behalf od Magallanes Residences
Condominum Corp., at C07-Valencia, MRCC Bolton Extension, Davao City;

2. I tendered the same Demand Letter to her, but she refused to acknowledge the
receipt of the same letter, although I left a copy of the said document at the
place of business mentioned above.
