EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

In the increasing development in the field of tourism, business persons are

motivated to establish hotel and inn industries to accommodate travelers and

their personal needs. Hotels and inns are concern with the welfare of their guests

and customers. They want to make sure that their customers are satisfied with

their stay in the establishment. Hotels and inns want to maintain the cleanliness

of the rooms especially the bathrooms. The use of cleaning product is a must in

order to ensure the sanitation of the bathrooms that are harmless to their

customers as well as to the housekeepers. The proponents proposed a

production of moringa bathroom cleaner that is less expensive, safe to use and

less harm to the environment.

The proposed project is recommended to be organized as a sole

proprietorship and will begin its operation with an initial capital cost Php

547,989.83 and the business will operate every Monday to Friday from 8 AM-

4PM in Biasong Talisay City, Cebu.

To be legally established, the business shall be registered with various

regulatory agencies such as DTI, BIR, DOLE, SSS, PhilHealth, and PAG-IBIG. It

shall also accomplish all necessary permits and requirements from proper

government offices. The business shall be subject to income tax, value-added

tax, and other applicable taxes.

The proposal of moringa bathroom cleaner is beneficial not only to the

hotels and inns but also the other sectors of the society as the government,
community of Danlag, Consolacion, competitors, suppliers and other related

industries.

In view of the findings gathered, the proponents have determined that the

proposal is technically feasible, commercially viable, socially desirable and

financially profitable. Thus, it is recommended for implementation.
