The purpose of the assessment are:
1.To improve pupils’ learning and teachers’ teaching as both respond to the

Assessment 2.To give pupils opportunity to demonstrate their understanding of content, concepts
Objectives and skills and to provide feedback to pupils in order to improve their learning.
3.To motivate pupils.
4.To inform the parents their chindren’ progress so that they are able to play their
role as parents, in conjuction to help the children in their study.
Success Criteria
Pupils can make decision using knowledge, experience, skills, values and
justify decision made.
Intro
-Teacher distributes the Assessment Papers to the pupils.
-Pupils write down their name and wait for the next instruction.
-Teacher will asks pupils to check the assessment paper. Make sure it is a correct
paper to be answer and the contents are clear.
ACTIVITIES
Activities
-Teacher tells the time to answer the assessment and write on the board.
-Pupils answer the assessment questions within the time stated.
-When it become to the end, check with the pupils whether they have answer all the
questions without left any.
-Once the pupils completed and the time is up, teacher compiles all the answers and
return to the Examination Room for the next action.
