. Objectives of the Study

The researchers of this study aimed to inculcate the operations and procedures
in the processing of the shipping documents in the Bureau of Customs to know the
effectiveness of the operations and procedures; also want to determine the problems
encountered in the processing of documents and sought to formulate the remedies that
can be applied to lessen the problems that might be encountered.
