IFR Floatation test @ T203
1 Mobilization tools and equipment
2 Final Cleaning T‐203  
3 Closed Manhole @ T203 ( 2 pcs )
4 Closed 16" inlet nozzle with Blind Flanged
5 Closed 16" out nozzle with Blind Flanged
6 Closed 6" inlet nozzle with Blind Flanged
7 Closed 6" out nozzle with Blind Flanged
8 Closed 4" out nozzle with Blind Flanged
9 Closed 2" out nozzle with Blind Flanged
10 Install hose connection from T103 to T203
11 Transfer water (under suction line) from T103 to T203 (1300 KL)
Floatation test by hold 30 minutes @ 1.8 meter , monitor the IFR leveling condition
Floatation test by hold 30 minutes @ 2.5 meter , monitor the IFR leveling condition
Floatation test by hold 30 minutes @ 3 meter , monitor the IFR leveling condition
(During floatation test, inspect the IFR condition from top manhole by IFR Engineer)
(Follow inspection check sheet)
12 Disconnect all system ready to move to T202
IFR Floatation test @ T202
13 Closed Manhole @ T202 ( 2 pcs )
14 Closed 16" inlet nozzle with Blind Flanged
15 Closed 16" out nozzle with Blind Flanged
16 Closed 6" inlet nozzle with Blind Flanged
17 Closed 6" out nozzle with Blind Flanged
18 Closed 4" out nozzle with Blind Flanged
19 Closed 2" out nozzle with Blind Flanged
20 Install hose connection from T203 to T202
21 Transfer water (under suction line) from T203 to T202 (1300 KL)
Floatation test by hold 30 minutes @ 1.8 meter , monitor the IFR leveling condition
