As QA/QC or physically involved

Control valves, control interfacing,

High level interface for chillers, VDS's
Termination, starter panel
Provision in BOQ
Completion and submission
AHU, chiller, pumps sizing

Ensure provision of fire damper as per

BOMBA requirement
Location of VCD to be in correspond
with
Subcon engineer to prepare the
calculation based on current system
layout and submit to consultant/AZRB
for verification
Subcon engineer to prepare the

The selection must be in conformance
to noice criteria a specific spaces and
within pressure drop allowance

To ensure physical and BMS provision

is all taken care
flow & noise criteria

within plantroom and say 5m from

vibration source

Water must always below electrical

AAV connect to drains, slope for
condensate
Backflushing

dosing points

remove AHU wedge for motor

vibration isolator, check rotation for
fans
Temporary for VCD/VAV/balancing
valves, permanent for fire damper
chilled water valves, MD
flow verification
TDS level, sensors

starter panel for ACMV, loads/location

for others, roller shutter, automatic
door, PA rack, FCU, BSS, camera, ICT
high level and low level interface

genset, diesel tank sizing

MD, TCL, essential

bus duct, cables, aluminium, copper
Form 2B, 3B, 4B
sizes, ways, flushfloor, underfloor,
cover types (recess depth according
to finishes)
Lux calculation
BMS interface, motion sensor, day
light sensor, scheduling, modes
(normal, holidays, festives), contactor
for circuits
genset synchronising, incoming
power
cable or rebar

level, depth, screw length

normal, essential, emergency
galvanised trunking,

access box, elbows

wall mounted
min 4 support for square fittings

Check the I/O points thoroughly, cross

check with the project's technical
specifications.
For every BMS panel, there is always
provision for spare points. Check with
technical specs on how much spare to
be provided. This is vital to ensure we
have enough points available should
there be any changes

check the panel drawing with the

actual panel
make sure wire pulling and
termination are according to the
drawing and then allow for continuity
test
approval from the consultant about
the sensor location is important prior
to installation. ( always remember to
install at a location where it is easily
accessible for maintenance
purposes )
please ensure that all the services
associated with BMS system are
already install and tested beforehand.
