SEC Capabilities
1. BIW Tool Design
• BIW welding fixture processing to finalize Panel built up sheet, clamping plan, weld
spot distribution, cycle time study & Ergonomic study.
• Manual as well as automated BIW welding fixture design for all the subassembly
parts to main framing line.
• Manual gun design concept study and final gun validation.
• Material handling equipments like Conveyor lines, Robotic material handling
grippers, Tackles.
• Support during tryouts for installation of welding fixtures

2. Robotic simulation
• Verification of process capability prior to the design and build of machine tools.
• A continuing simultaneous engineering review to the affects of process and product
changes that occur during the entire system development.
• Process review and verification as final tooling designs are completed and
incorporated into the simulations.
• A detailed working CAD model of the system that will be reused for new product
flexibility and plant production changes without creating downtime to verify the
change.

“SWIFT”, M&M “3 wheeler”, Thyssen Krupp JBM “FIESTA”, H-One (noida)
“HONDA-2PS”.

• Experienced team with designing experience of checking fixtures for ICML

“RHINO”, JBML Maruti “SWIFT”, Maruti “MODEL L”.

• Experienced team with designing experience of Prototype Fixtures for
