This hipster patty company has the potential to be the best patty company in the world. This is because
it is located at sungai udang melaka where all the hipster people at melaka located. This patty is also a
very rare patty where there will be cheese and many types of sauce been put inside the patty. The patty
also come in a various colour because of the type of sauce base on what you ask. It makes the company
very different from the others and it will make people buy it.

Our market competitor in this industry are Ramly burger and ayam A1. Those company are among the
top company that sell patty. Ramly burger was founded by Haji Ramly Mokni in 1984, with the aim of
developing a clean and good-quality halal Western fast-food chain in Malaysia. Ramly started a business
selling burgers with his wife from street food stalls in 1979. While working as a butcher in a market, he
discovered that it is unknown whether most fresh-meat sources were halal or not, leading to Ramly's
decision to produce a halal-certified meat source for all Muslim consumers in Malaysia.

Ayam A1 Food Corporation Sdn. Bhd. ( A1FC ) formerly known as Bintang Lapan Sdn. Bhd, was
incorporated on 1st August 1984. The company commenced its business operations in 1985 with its
broiler slaughtering plant located in Sungai Buloh, Selangor and subsequently changed its name to the
present name on 5th March 1996.

The company is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Leong Hup Holdings Berhad (LHHB) - a public listed
company in the main board of Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange (KLSE). LHHB is one of the largest
integrated poultry producer group in Malaysia, with its wide range of business activities in the breeding,
rearing, slaughtering, processing and retailing of chickens and eggs.

Compare to our company we doing this as a franchise so that others can benefit from our company so
that our company will become the main company. Other than that, we will sell patty with variety of
flavor with cheap price so that any type of age and financial status can buy it.

Our product have a lot of advantages and less disadvantages compare to ramly burger and ayam a1.
One of our advantage is we have variety of flavor with different colour. Other advantages are our patty
follow the new trend, we use imported beef and chicken, homemade patty and good quality of beef
with cheap price.

We will promote this company by using tv commercial. By this, all type of people will notice our patty
because everyone have television. Other way is that we will use poster beside the road, this will make
the driver notice our patty. Other type that we will use are magazine and newspaper commercial.

We will sale this patty at city center and the place where many people live such as Kuala Lumpur, Sungai
udang, Bandaraya Melaka and many more big city in Malaysia. We also want to import this patty to
other country around the world. The people that we targeted are 15 to 25 years old. During this age,
they will follow the trend and they will do whatever it take to get it. They also want to save their money
because during this age many of them are still studying. If others buy it then it will be a bonus for us.

We want to build trust to people so that they will keep on buying our product. We also wanted to make
our customer make this patty as their daily meal. The people at the place that we target are the people
that eat fast food, good personality, love to eat, love to try new things and have good taste.
