Methodology:

As a solution a web application can be developed. In this application a global database is

design in which all the data of child, mother and other women of all the aganwadi’s all over
the state will be there. Each aganwadi will be given there unique login id and password by
which the worker of aganwadi can access the data. At the end of the month a report will be
generated at both aganwadi and the taluka center which includes the details of the ration
needed in the aganwadi.
At taluka center a new report will be generated in which the report of all aganwadi’s
covered under taluka center will be combined and will be updated to the main center. Using
this details the ration will be disturbed among the aganwadi’s. As the ration will be received
the worker has to make entry of the quantity they received which will be verified at taluka
center. Same process is done at taluka center also.
The attendance of the student present at aganwadi will be done by fingerprint and at the
end of the month, average will be add to the report.

Tools and Technologies:

For the attendance using fingerprint a fingerprint scanner is used. The technology used to
develop the application will be PHP,VB.Net.

Possible outcomes:

Using this application all the data will be computerized and the manual work will be
reduced. Verification can be done for the ration. All the details of the beneficiaries will be
verified. The attendance of the children at aganwadi will be logged.

Risk to implement:

To implement the system, at all aganwadi computer system has to be fix with internet
service which will be costly. The risk for attendance is there as in aganwadi there will be kids
only which may damage the machine.

Work done till date:

To implement this system we need 5 to 6 weeks. And to make a global system it takes at
least 5 to 6 months.
