8152018 ‘SAP HR-Data Conversion Lead | TECH DATA ESPARA, DESCRIPCION SAP HR-Data Conversion Lead Barcelona, Barcelona, Catalufa/Catalunya, Espafia Hace 1 ato Completa 1 We are searching for a Data Conversion Lead (SAP HR expert) that will ead the following activities: - Cyeates and maintains the data map between legacy systems and new ARIS, - Communicates data conversion requirements and changes to impacted work streams (e.g., Funetional Lead, Integrations Lead) and adjudicates conflicts = Oversees data extraction/date conversion effort forall geographies, including development of tools. = Documents data transformation requirements - Signs off on the data conversion scope, exttaction/transformation program design and build, load readiness for each prototype, data validation report, completion of data harmonization and cleansing activities, = Responsible for the creation of the Data Validation plan and executing the plan during each build, «Identifies and ditects Local Data Conversion SMEs who are responsible for validation atthe business unit or local country level and taining them prior to validation of data, + Identifies, documents and resolves data quality issues in the legacy system(s) = Oversees all data quality activities across legacy systems and geographies. - Communicates data quality requirements and changes to impacted work streams (e.g., Functional Lead, Integrations Lead) and to adjudicate where changes may be open to disagreement. = Documents Data Quality requirements = Records all data cleanliness matters on the Data Map) = Sets cleanliness targets for prototype builds
