LINUS 2.0 WORKSHOP

INTRODUCTION

LINUS 2.0 programme is an abbreviation taken from the word Literacy and Numeracy
Screening. Based on this programme, the Ministry of Education had set the Minister Key
Performance Indicators (MPKI) that all students with normal abilities need to master the
basic of literacy and numeracy after 3 years of level 1 learning at school. Every programme
planned and held in school based on the guidelines stated by the Ministry of Education is
heading towards the success of the Linus Programme. This includes the “LINUS 2.0
WORKSHOP”. This programme emphasizes the learning and practices of the input based on
the constructs within the English Linus screening instruments.

OBJECTIVES
 To help the Linus 2.0 students to upgrade and improve themselves
 To provide ample English practice to the Linus students.
 To provide fun and enjoyable learning in and outside the classroom
