RESUMEN:

Los datos que se presentan en este trabajo son el resultado de una

recopilación de opiniones llevada a cabo por los alumnos de la Universidad
Ricardo Palma del 23 de abril al 29 de abril del ciclo 2018-I mediante una
encuesta que se realizó en dicho tiempo.

Se han recogido los datos de cincuenta alumnos de la Universidad Ricardo

Palma diferenciados por los códigos de usuarios y sus respectivas carreras en
la facultad de ingeniería tales como ingeniería industrial, ingeniería civil,
ingeniería electrónica, informática y mecatrónica.

Haciéndoles diferentes preguntas acerca del rendimiento de las computadoras

en los diversos laboratorios de la facultad de ingeniera.

Se realiza esto con el propósito de conocer si la muestra de alumnos

encuestada ha tenido algún inconveniente con los ordenadores y así poder
buscar una solución adecuada a estos problemas implementando algún tipo
de software que sea capaz de resolver estos problemas sin la necesidad de
degradar el rendimiento de las computadoras en dichos laboratorios para que
los estudiantes puedan desarrollar mejor sus trabajos y/o proyectos.
ABSTRAC:

The data presented in this paper is the result of a compilation of opinions

carried out by the students of the Ricardo Palma University from April 23 to
April 29 of the 2018-I cycle through a survey that was conducted during that
time.

The data of fifty students from Ricardo Palma University differentiated by

user codes and their respective careers in the faculty of engineering such as
industrial engineering, civil engineering, electronic engineering, computing
and mechatronics have been collected.

Ask them different questions about the performance of computers in the

various laboratories of the engineering faculty.

This is done with the purpose of knowing if the sample of students surveyed
has had any problem with computers and thus be able to find an adequate
solution to these problems by implementing some type of software that is
capable of solving these problems without the need to degrade the
performance of computers in these laboratories so that students can better
develop their jobs and/or projects.
