vehicle to be 44 MPH in a listed 30 MPH zone. During the stop an odor of marijuana was
coming from the vehicle. Raymonda admitted to having a small quantity of marijuana in
the vehicle. An appearance ticket was issued for unlawful possession of marijuana. The
marijuana was seized and brought to the police department for destruction.
