FSC «Extra ENT» and «Tuning Fork» January 11-th 2018, internet conference.
Conference leader: Good afternoon, we are starting our internet-conference about our new
collection FSCs Extra ENT» and «Tuning Fork», I see exactly a thousand participants, it is
good because today we are going not only to tell about sphere of implementation of these
FSCs, but our partners and lecturers will share their first results.

Now I am going to invite here to the microphone Sergey Valentinovitch Koltsov and ask him
several questions

Koltsov S. V.: Hello everybody! We did not met for some time.

Conference leader: Sergey Valentinovitch, please share the story of creation of these new
collection FSCs «Tuning Fork» and «Extra ENT». What is most remarkable about these
Mongolian springs, information from which is recorded at these FSCs?

Koltsov S. V.: I checked at myself the one they called «Extra ENT», because after the
recent voyage at the Far East I caught the virus, which «shuts down» all upper chakras,
starting from the heart chakra. In translation from Mongolian the name of the spring is
“Nose, throat, bronchi”. My friends I knew very well recently caught this virus in Orlovskaya
Oblast, they addressed me because their grandson caught it together with parents. It is a
virus, adult people may do not have high temperature, but to our sorrow, children have, the
boy had temperature of 39 Centigrade, they had to use antipyretics. I myself felt sore when
caught this contagion when I was at the Far East, embarrasses life considerably! That is
one shall get up several times during the night, because nose gets stuffy and the throat is
constantly sore. In addition one has coughing all the time, one coughs and coughs. As
soon I returned back to Moscow, I made this FSC and in two days everything was over, that
is very quickly.

What is the problem about this filth? It “covers” various levels, because the heart chakra is

The one that is called now the «Tuning Fork» has original name “108 Drops. In Mongolia,
people are coming to these springs for 3-4 weeks and live at the place, solving some
specific physiology problem. And when departing, it is highly desirable to take home a
bottle of water – about liter and half, well one shall spend some time, because the
discharge of this spring is low, it takes some 10-15 minutes to pour a bottle. And so they
obligatory finish treatment with this spring. I made a sample for myself out of sheer
curiosity, checked it attentively yesterday. This FSC has very interesting field structure, and
surely it should be “in friends” with any FSCs which are working with the human physiology.
With what it should not be “in friends”? – with the golden series, and with such an FSC as
“Anticataclyzm” – simply they are about other issues, not physiology. First are driving out
evil spirits and the second is absolutely not for the body. It is absolutely compatible with the
rest. A very interesting conclusion comes to mind: with time this FSC may show absolutely
phenomenal performance, because it starts to work directly with consciousness. One shall
learn to formulate the specific target, which one wants to reach in the sphere of one’s own
physiology problems. One should not define it “from one horizon to another”, “well, I want to
be healthy, that is all to it”. Well, be healthy! But in case one has some chronic issues, and
one simply “tunes” to get rid of them, in such situation «Tuning Fork» will surely help. At
that it is not obligatory to use it at the end of the treatment process, in case you will “tune”
at the healing process from the beginning, it will work from the start too. Such interesting

Koltsov S. V.: It is sensible to put it somewhere at a water tap when taking shower, to let
the water being structured. This should work very effectively as well, along with the usual
things you are doing with FCSs.

Conference leader: Why these FSCs «Extra ENT» and «Tuning Fork» structure water
longer than other correctors, approximately 20 minutes?

Koltsov S. V.: All these Mongolian springs are of the kind. Time required for their replication
is four hours and half. That is why it is no wonder they are of the kind «The Lurking Lake»
is. That is why they all require not less than 20 minutes to structure water.

Conference leader: The theme of viruses and flu is actual in a winter period, to my sorrow I
too had it, and thanks to this corrector, I recovered with minimal consequences for my
health. When a viral attack at a human organism takes place, one feels badly, no powers,
and due to these FSCs «Extra ENT» and «Tuning Fork» one may recover quickly

Koltsov S. V.: Thank God, I just gave them this corrector. 2-3 days and they are back in
school.

Conference leader: A question on the «Extra ENT» FSC. The name is general, too wide.
The spring is called «Nose, throat, bronchi». We know that it is all connected
physiologically – nasopharynx, sinuses, all ENT organs, including ears. There is already
one testimony when this corrector helped seriously in a state of the acute otitis. A child was
drinking water, structured at this FSC, and along with this they structured ear-drops for him.
Situation with the acute otitis was solved very quickly, even doctors were surprised that the

Koltsov S. V.: This is true. When one recovers – to add water structured at the «Tuning
Fork». At that, it is not obligatory to drink water structured at the «Tuning Fork» in liter

you are going to take a bath, structure some two liters of water beforehand and pour into
your bath.

Conference leader: Al our collection correctors are unusual, interesting, but you said that
FSC «Tuning Fork» as if stands apart, because it performs a very important function of the
organism co-tuning. We already know that it co-tunes organism for accepting vibrations of
any other FSCs, because it rises one's vibrations. And it could be even difficult for the
physiology to cope with the process.

Koltsov S. V.: Physiologic FSC.

Conference leader: Absolutely correct.

Koltsov S. V.: I stress once again that it is not in friends neither with the golden series, nor
with the Anticataclysm. May be there are others, but nothing else comes into my head,
seems there are no.

Conference leader: That is the «Tuning Fork» FSC co-tunes with any FSCs, which are
working with physiology, that is why there is simply no need to use it together neither with
the golden series, nor with the Anticataclysm. Anticataclysm is a theme that works
separately from the rest of the FSCs, the golden series stands apart too. However, in case
physiology is not able to come into norm, then probably it makes sense to work with the
golden series?

Koltsov S. V.: Well, in this case one shall solve other – not physiology problems….

Conference leader: And only then to return back to physiology.

Koltsov S. V.: Because information problems could be a reason of physiology violations.

Conference leader: Next question is about the importance of conjoint use of the «Tuning
Fork» with other correctors, which influence physiology. When it is recommended to work
with this FSC – before, together or after the use of specific correctors?

Koltsov S. V.: I would use it only in the beginning and in the end. That is you are going to
solve some problem with specific correctors, but you may start with the «Tuning Fork» in
order to co-tune yourself – what you want, and end exactly with the «Tuning Fork».

Conference leader: Due to what reasons people are not reaching health restoration effects,
when working with Functional State Correctors?

Koltsov S. V.: Especially when…. Not long ago a dame in respected age came to me –
enormous excessive weight, diabetes. And there were other similar cases. It is a situation
when people passed beyond the point of no return and unable to move. Because it is not
possible to fight with the excessive weight without motion. Simply with diets or something
like this, especially in case metabolism is violated. Well yes, there are situations when no
FSCs would help. I stress once again that our devices are called Functional State
Correctors. They are for more or less healthy people. In case one is more healthy, they will
return him into the normal state quicker. If less healthy – one shall see if the person passed

Radkova L. I.: By now we did not have FSCs «Extra ENT» and «Tuning Fork», but based
on information we have in descriptions and on Sergey Valentinovich's words, it is possible
to say that these are most interesting correctors we ever had in a Company. I want to start
with a «Tuning Fork». Not much is said in the description and this FSC seems to be
strange. But actually when we doctors, health practitioners are starting to work at the level
of physiology, we always start with restoration of one's energy field, immune and endocrine
systems. Exactly FSC «Tuning Fork» helps us to solve these questions brilliantly, exactly
FSC «Tuning Fork» improves performance of all physiology systems of our organism,
restores our energy field and disbands blocks (in the energy system) that follow the
presence of any physiology problems, absolutely any. It works physiologically for organism
restoration and for solving the problem at its origin point, this is important. This FSC helps

Luzginova S. V.: Hello to all our partners, today we will discuss these wonderful Functional
State Correctors «Extra ENT» and «Tuning Fork».

We will start with the «Extra ENT» because it is very important and actual theme now. With
the FSC «Extra ENT» we may restore health at various diseases of the bronchi-pulmonary
system. They are diseases of the inflammatory origin, acute trachealis, acute and
neglected bronchitis, pneumonia, pulmonary emphysema, lungs abscess, dry and
exudative pleuritic, including diseases of the allergy etiology, including such a disease as
asthma.

Specific etiology of bronchi-pulmonary diseases includes such a serious issue as

tuberculosis, when dealing with it one shall have in mind, especially in case of unknown
forms that that do not give up to treatment, that one shall also use FSCs 20 and 23 in order
to remove energy-informational cross connections which most people have between their
paired organs.

In case of oncology lung diseases – lungs cancer, pleura myomas, and bronchiogenic
cancer. Here one shall use some oncoprotective FSCs in complex with the «Extra ENT».

What is required from as? Of course, at the first place the state of consciousness of every
human being should be harmonious. That is why it is desirable to start working with any
Functional State Correctors with harmonization of own consciousness and removal of all
uncalled guests, as we are calling them, that is astral, mental and ether entities, which may

Another important moment: as they say it is not the flu itself that is dangerous, but all
possible complications, which may develop after. When Okoneshnikov Vasiliy Ivanovitch
was in our office he said about lethal cases after endured flu or ARVI, he said that in case
one will look at the thin level, it is onco-marker that rises. That is hydrogen atom starts to
scale up over 100-150 percent. This stipulates all lethal outcomes, statistics on which they

In case edema of mucous coatings, sore throat or coughing developed due to this or that
reason, then it is desirable to add for complex therapy FSC no. 2 and perform lymph-
drainage pumpings. Edema of the throat means slaged submandibular lymph nodes. In

take FSCs «Extra ENT» and no 15 in hands and do volume pumpings of each chakra. It is

could be done with FSC no 16. In the period of epidemics, when there is a flu epidemy, the
kind we are having now, it is very important to turn into work FSC no 14 and set programs
for the disbandment of epidemics, which are possible in this or that region.

The mere fact that it takes 20 minutes to structure water at the «Extra ENT» FSC,
witnesses that it is a very powerful corrector, and the testing we did showed that «Extra
ENT» FSC creates therapeutic concepts in the inflammation areas, one is having. Zones of
inflammation start to shine with a silver light. I have a possibility to see it working, just the
moment they gave me FSC «Extra ENT» for testing, my son came to see me with his wife,
and she had exactly the first flu symptoms. I gave her «Extra ENT» to hold in hands and
watched at the thin level what was going on. And so the upper part of her lungs was of
bronze-red color, red color indicates that inflammation starts in these areas. As soon as

not sense it. You may assemble a triangle, using «Indi», «Extra ENT» and «Tuning Fork»
and simply put this triangle at the thymus area.

FSC «Extra ENT» also cleans pulmonary alveoli from the mucus, and in pair with FSC no 1

more painful at the right side, and cold was coming out mostly from the left hand – she felt it
this way. On the right side work with throat and ear started, because they are connected.

work with FSC lasted for 45 minutes. When it ended I had a feeling of pain in all muscles,
especially in hands, there was a feeling of aching in the body, as if in time of an illness.
There was a special sensations in the meridian of the lungs, FSC removes bocks in this
meridian. A desire to move appeared, to wave hands, do a small exercise. At that, there
was joy in the heart and a smile on a face. Cleaning continued even when she put FSC at
the table, but the work still continued. Cold was going out of the hands with a whirl, carrying
fear and illness upwards.

Coughing appeared at some people who tested FSC, after drinking of water, structured on
«Extra ENT. Along with expectoration of sputum and mucus, sometimes people sneezed,
had painful sensations, but later everything subsided. All these people suffered during the
past year with some infectional-viral diseases with a long lasting coughing and serious
stuffiness in the nose. Everything started to clean out with the FSC. «Extra ENT» is working
with neglected chronical cases, removing the reasons – this is very important nowadays,
when viruses and bacterium mutate constantly. Many people now are in the state of

Recommendations on the «Extra ENT» FSC use. Water structuring time is 20 minutes,
drink 50-100 milliliters at a time, it is desirable to heat the water. In case of ENT organs
problems it is desirable to increase the amount of water intake. That is in case you are
feeling not well or already caught a diseases, then it is natural to increase the water intake,
in prophylaxis purposes 50-100 milliliters is enough. In curative purposes one may work
with this FSC for 7 days, then make a 7 days break, and do so up to three months. In case
of neglected diseases one shall work with this system properly. In case one starts to use
this FSC at the very beginning of the disease, it is possible to avoid complications and long
lasting illness. One may hold it between hands – not less than 30 minutes. One may put it
at the 5-th energy center, that is at the throat chakra, or at the painful area – unless the pain
disappears. One may put is at the spine at the thorax department of the spinal column or at
the lungs similar to mustard plasters, warms very well. One may put (on the body) cotton
towel. Soaked in structured water, make compresses, after this procedure obligatory wipe
the body with a dry towel. It is also possible to structure liniments at the «Extra ENT» FSC,
hold liniment at FSC starting from 30 minutes, up to 1 hour, with the lid open. One may add
several drops of juniper oil into the liniment, it was the only recommendation on something
that could be added into the liniment. In case you are using «Extra ENT» for structuring
liquids – for drinking, nose rinse or some drops, there is no need to add anything at all,
because water itself is very «concentrated». You may lubricate your chest or throat with this
structured liniment, after the use of this FSC one needs dry warmth and beware draughts.

One may use this FSC for infants, it is possible to wipe the body. In case of illness you may
give to children to hold for 5-15 minutes.

FSC «Extra ENT» is effective in case of asthma – it will work very well, I asked this
question, I was interested to get an answer. They said it will work well in case of any
stuffiness of the nose, at asthma. You know it is as if a cry of a child who does not receive
enough attention. Rinse nose and drop structuring water when necessary without any
limitations.

About ears they said that it is better to drop 1-2 drops, not more, you may put FSC on the
ears for 5-10 minutes. You may put FSC «Nephrite» at one ear and «Extra ENT» at
another, then change their places. In case of ear infections, otitis you may use «Extra ENT»
in pair with «Natural Antibiotic».

Do rinsing, for throat, mouth cavity, larynx as well as contact use and warmed water
drinking. One may use wrappings and lubrication with liniment, do inhalations. When doing
inhalation you put FSC at the apparatus in which the liquid is.

For taking a bath structure some 250 milliliters of water for 20 minutes and pour it into the
bath – this FSC works through water very well, especially in cases when it hurts to swallow.
Its energies are very powerful, after the contact with the body it continues working with the
organism, some people may have acute conditions, be careful. Better use it during shorter
time periods and more frequently in order to avoid acute conditions. Listen to your body, it
will hint how to work better with this FSC.

attentively to everyone who tested, no one mentioned inhalation as a mode of «Extra ENT»
use. The point is that the spring itself is hot, water temperature is approximately 90
Centigrade, in a place where it flows out, Mongolian people established a wooden cabin
with a sloped roof, and in each slope they made 2 or 3 holes, for people which are suffering
with diseases of upper departments of respiratory passages, will be able to do inhalation.
All forgot about inhalations with the use of «Extra ENT». In what way it is possible to do the
inhalation? In case you are using gas stove for water heating, put FSC at the gas pipe, boil
water, then breath with your head covered with a towel – you will have the same inhalation.
