“Out of the Bindhu or causal state, are manifested light and sound, which appear on

a formal plane as form and name. The whole process of manifestation is dependent
on and governed by the shakti who is 1) Consciousness, 2) Desire and 3) Action.
Action (3) is the combined result of the first two, and is represented as the apex of the
triangle of which they form the base.
