APPTRIKE: A Mobile Application

Chapter IV

Methodology

This chapter discussed the kind of method used by the proponents. It also explained the

different methods of research used. This chapter also present the weekly basis of works that the

proponents do.

Concept

The proponents researched and gathered different reviews and lessons that are related for

creating and developing the mobile application.

The researchers conducted an interview to the different TODA’s of the city of Baliwag.

Different questions and answers were gathered and used to create and implement different

parts of the said mobile application.

Analysis

The researchers describe the mobile application, the purpose, the uses and the advantages.

They gathered information that are useful to the said mobile application from the related resources.

Design

The researchers used an object-oriented programming, a Xamarin in a visual studio which

contained a combination of the C# and a Java for developing the mobile application. With the help

of downloadable SDK to work and for the testing of the mobile application.

Technical Background

The proponents project compose things like they said, front end and the back end. Besides

the front and back end, they compose of application software to be needed for our project to work.

The Xamarin application which is a Microsoft owned with C# shared codebased.

The proponents can use Xamarin tools to write native Android, iOS and Windows apps

with native user interfaces and share across platforms including Windows and macOS but the

proponents will only focuses on the android side for their project.

Development Model

The most popular agile methodologies, the scrum development. It involves key meetings

which composes of sprint planning, daily standup, sprint review and the sprint retrospective which

breakdowns the project. The group divided themselves on what task they will do in developing the

process of the mobile application and the documentation. The proponents believe in the strengths

and weaknesses of each members on which of them are capable of doing the task that they

volunteered, though there is a team leader or the scrum master to lead the members of the team to

give orders and for the team to consume less time and more task to complete.
