3.0 TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

3.1 NAME OF W ORK: - Annual maintenance contract for Maintenance of Electrical Installations in Public
Bldgs., Residential houses and overhead lines in NFL Township and Factory for the year 2017-2018.

3.2 SITE CONDITIONS: Fertilizers Township is situated by the side of GT road, Panipat (Haryana at a
distance about 87 km from Delhi. The fertilizers factory is located to the west of Fertilizer township at a
distance of 2 km. The following are the details of the site conditions to be kept in view while ordering
equipment and carrying out work at the site.

Design Temperature 45 °C
Maximum temperature 46.4 °C
Minimum temperature - 2 °C
Altitude 2365 M above MSL
Max. Relative Humidity 84 per cent at 32.1 °C
Annual Rain Fall Min. 221 mm Max. 760.5 mm
Design wind velocity 160 KM/hr.
Seismic Factor 0.25 G

3.3 SCOPE OF WORK:

The work involved under the scope of this tender is repair and maintenance of 132 kV, 11 kV and 415 Volts
overhead composite lines with street light fixtures, 500 KVA Sub-Stations, L.T. Distribution Networks, street
lighting & Electrical Installations in Residential and public buildings in Factory, Township, Railway Quarters,
CISF Colony, Trainee's Colony and offices and non-plant bldgs. in Factory.

The Residential quarters are approx 1000 in number. The public buildings are School, Shopping Centre,
Hospital, Fertilizers Club, Manoranjan Kendra, satkar (guest house), VIP Guest House, Sports room and
CISF Barracks etc.

Non-Plant Bldgs. are Technical Bldgs. Canteen, First Aid Post, Fire Station, administrative bldg, Site Guest
House, W orkshop, Cement godown & Stores etc.

3.4 APPLICABLE CODES AND SPECIFICATIONS:

The job shall confirm to the Indian Electricity. Rules 1956 Indian Electricity. (Supply Act) calculations
for the Electrical Buildings 1959 of the Insurance Association of Indian Electricity. Act. Relevant Indian
Standard Specifications Code of practice as modified upto date and CPW D Specifications as applicable.

Any other standard not mentioned above but otherwise considered necessary for the satisfactory
performance of the job shall also be applicable. In case of discrepancy between this specification and those
referred to herein, the decision of the Engineer-in-Charge shall be final.

3.5 QUALIFICATIONS OF THE STAFF TO BE EMPLOYED:

The contractor would be required to engage qualified technical personnel as per the requirement of the job
and in accordance with Indian Electricity Act and rules made there under.

3.6 RESIDENTIAL BUILDINGS:

The following are the details of the equipment on which replacement/rectification jobs are to be carried out
in residential buildings.

3.6.1 HRC Fuse and fuse wire of ratings 5,15,30,60,200,400 Amps.

3.6.2 Fuse base & carrier made of Porcelain/Bakelite suitable for the HRC Fuse /fuse switch units of ratings
as specified in 6.1.1.

3.6.3 SPN/TPN Switches/Fuse Switch Units of Ratings 15,20,30,60,100,200 &400 Amps.

3.6.4 MCBs & Isolators of ratings 5,10,15,20,30,60, & 100 Amps.

3.6.5 2 W ay, 4 way & 6 W ay 250V/500V Distribution Fuse Boards of ratings 15 and 30 amps per way.

3.6.6 5 & 15 Amps Piano type Switches for bell, fan, light & for power control.

3.6.7 5 and 15 Amps. Sockets for plug.

3.6.8 Fan Regulator.

3.6.9 Fan condenser.

3.6.10 Lamp Holders Brass & Bakelite.

3.6.11 Ceiling Rose

3.6.12 Lamp Shade

3.6.13 Removal/fixing of ceiling fans.

3.6.14 Removal/Fixing of energy meter.

3.6.15 Energy meter boards.

3.6.16 Various circuit wiring faults and its rectification.

3.6.17 Ensuring power supply to buildings & checking of supply of the pole, and pole mounting box.

3.6.18 Patrolling the LT/HT lines in case of supply failure, removing the fault/discrepancy observed &
restoring the power supply. The contractor supervisor and electrician shall use their own vehicle for
patrolling the line.

3.6.19 Trimming of tree branches, which are touching to HT/LT overhead lines.

3.6.20 Bell/Buzzer.

3.7 PUBLIC BUILDINGS AND NON PLANT BUILDINGS:

The following are the brief details of the replacement/rectification jobs required to be carried out in public &
non-plant buildings.

3.7.1 All the items covered under 3.6.

3.7.2 5A & 15 Plug Tops.

3.7.3 Heater and Hot plates.

3.7.4 Room Heaters and Heat Convectors.

3.7.5 Bell/Buzzer.

3.7.6 Fluorescent tube, tube holder, starter condenser, choke & the fluorescent tube light fixture.

3.7.7 Geysers.

3.7.8 Incandescent Lamps

3.8 RECTIFICATION & REPLACEMENT OF THE FOLLOW ING ON HT/LT LINES, STREET LIGHTING &
LT PANELS.

3.8.1 Insulator - Shackle, Post Disc etc.

3.8.2 Lightning arrestors - 12KV.

3.8.3 Gang operated switch

3.8.4 Damaged ACSR/Al. Conductor

3.8.5 Drop-out fuse

3.8.6 Street lighting fixture with fluorescent tubes.

3.8.7 Pole boxes for service connections

3.8.8 Street lighting fixtures with HPMV Lamps

3.8.9 Single arm brackets for street lighting fixtures.

3.8.10 Jumpers.

3.8.11 TPN Switch fuse units and fuse switch units.

3.9 CABLING AND WIRING:

3.9.1 Batten wiring.

3.9.2 Conduit wiring.

3.9.3 Cable laying in trenches on the cable racks.

3.9.4 Cable laying direct in ground

3.9.5 Telephone wiring and cable laying.

3.10 MAINTENANCE OF HT/LT LINES:

The following jobs shall be reqd. to be carried out during major maintenance of overhead lines at quarterly,
half yearly or yearly intervals as decided by the Engineer-in-Charge.

3.10.1 Removal of sag of Al. conductors of size (6/3mm+1/3mm), 19/4.22mm, 7/4. 39mm and 7/3.1mm).

3.10.2 Tightening of P.G. Clamps, Cross Arm, Insulator Nuts & bolts etc.

3.10.3 Checking of cage guards.

3.10.4 Painting of poles with a base of redoxide primer & two coats of Aluminium paint of ISI mark, as
decided by the Engr-in-charge.

3.10.5 Checking of earth resistance.

3.10.6 Checking of pole mounting boxes, internal connections.

3.10.7 Checking of terminal connections.

3.10.8 LT Panel cleaning and connection checking.

3.11 a) For the above mentioned work under para 3.67 to 3.10 all consumable materials like detergent
powder, cloth, kerosene oil, C.T.C. etc. required for the job shall be supplied by the contractor.

b) Items like fuses, switches (5 & 15 Amps) sockets, plug tops, PVC tape, ceiling rose, lamp holders, fuse
base & Carrier, fuses, SPN etc. will be normally supplied by NFL.

5.0 DETAILED SCOPE OF W ORK / SUPPLIES ITEM W ISE MENTIONED IN OUR SCHEDULE OF RATES
/ QUANTITIES( for some specific items):

Item No 8:- Jointing of broken ACSR Ferret conductor (HT line- 6/3.0+1/3.0) / broken guard wire.

Item No 13, 87:- Removal of sag of all conductors, along with earth wire, guard wire, of LT O/H
Line of all sizes, O/H Street Line.

Item No 15, 74:- Dismantling of all conductors, along with earth wire, guard wire, guard cross wire of LT and
HT O/H Line.
Item No 18, 21, 23, 94, 95:- Removal and replacement of slabs before and after the job will be done by the
contractor.

Item No 23, 94:- Cable tags shall be provided for the cables at a span of every 50 meters, at turns and at
end points. Cable to be properly laid by binding, clamping. Clamps to be provided at a distance of minimum
2 meters. (Clamps and tags to be supplied by the contractor).

Item No 25:- Digging out / removal of H T poles, along with insulators, cross arms etc. from concrete
foundation along with stay set wherever applicable. Shifting of removed material to a place as desired by
the Engr-in- charge will be in the scope of the contractor.

Item No 26 (HT Pole), 80A (LT Pole):- Erection of poles (Pole Supply in NFL’s Scope). Digging, erecting
pole by burying 4 to 6 feet in ground and making of concrete foundation. Height of concrete muffing should
be 1.5 Feet above the ground level And dia of muffing should be minimum 2 Feet . (Contractor’s Scope) as
desired by the Engr-in- Charge. Cement will be supplied on chargeable basis.

Item No 37:-Cleaning of one stack of disk insulator, inspection of disks for any hair line crack and tightening
/replacement of PG clamps, hooks, jumpers etc., if reqd. of MR Substation &CPP line.
a) Cleaning of disk insulator (including skirt portion), on tower, isolator, wall etc., is to be done with
wet as well as dry markin cloth.
b) Cleaning of disk will be done with vim or any other cleaning agent, if there is any oily layer or
deposit on the disk and finally removing all traces including vim/ cleaning agent etc. on the disk
insulator.
c) Vim, cleaning agent, markin cloth and safety equipment’s will be arranged by the contractor.

Item No 46:- Attending fault of DB/SPN/TPN/TPDB of all ratings, including replacement of Kit Kat, HRC
fuses, MCB etc. and tightening of all connections, as reqd. and approved by Engr.-in-Charge.

Item No 53:- This includes attending loose connections or burnt out connections, inside all type of
boxes/boards/SPN/TPN etc.(attending all connections, complete job will be taken as one no.)

Item No 58:- Replacement of boards and Bakelite/Hylum/ Sunmica Sheet of Switch Board, as desired by Engr.–
in-Charge. Board to be made out of teak wood and thickness of sheet will be 3 mm. (Board and Sheet
In contractor’s Scope). Including cutting of slots, removal and fixing of old switch sockets on new sheet.

Item No 64 :-Removal, transportation & refixing of ceiling fan Exhaust fans etc:-
Removal , re-fixing of fan including disconnection /connection ,proper tapping of leads , carriage from site
to workshop (either in township or factory as per instruction of Engr-in-charge) and back.

Item No 65: Removal & painting of ceiling fan: -


Removal, refixing of ceiling fan including disconnection / connection, proper tapping of leads, carriage from
site to workshop and back. Painting of ceiling fans involves, dismantling of fans, cleaning of body, rod,
blades etc., spray-painting with proper finish. First quality enamel paint is to be used. Assembly and
successful trial run to the entire satisfaction of Engr.-in- Charge.

Thinner and all other petty material, reqd. for painting job shall be arranged by the contractor. Contractor
shall have to arrange / bring their own spray gun, compressor, auto rewinding machine and other tools
reqd. for carrying out painting. However, oven in Elect workshop can be used for heating jobs, free of cost.

Completion time: -Completion time for each job is 7 days after handing over job to the contractor.
Penalty: -Penalty @ Rs. 5/- (Rs. Five only) per day per job will be charged / deducted from your bill
after scheduled completion time.

Item No 66: - Replacement of condenser, removal & re-fixing / Rectification: Overhauling of ceiling fans incl.
greasing and replacement of bearing, removal, re-fixing, cleaning & giving its satisfactory trial run.

Item No 67: - Checking of ceiling fan, replacement of clamps, split pins, rubber reel, check nut, bolt etc.
(Supply in contractor’s scope) as desired by Engr-in-charge. Rectification, cleaning of ceiling fan, blades,
body including removal and re-installation as desired by Engr-in-charge.

Item No 70A:- Replacement of LT line insulators /Rectification: Cleaning and rectification of LT line
insulators as desired by Engr.-in-Charge. (Replacement of bolt, binding etc.)

Item No.80b Repair of LT poles including necessary welding, Civil job ,digging, muffing etc. and supply of
materialMuffing should be Dia of 2.0 feet & 1.5 feet of above the ground level.( Supply of required Pipe/ angle
iron is in NFL scope, However welding rods and other material required for welding/Cement sand etc. will be in
cotractor’s scope. Concrete Ratio for muffing should be 1:2:4 (Cement: Stone aggregate: sand)

Item No. 83:- New pole mounting boxes shall be supplied by NFL, but petty materials like aluminium/ MS
clamps, nuts and bolts etc shall be provided by the contractor.

Item No 89:- Straight through / end cable jointing with heat shrinkable kits of Raychem/ M -
s e a l / D e n s o n / 3 - M only. Jointer shall be trained and hold valid certificate from . Party to submit proof
about quality / genuineness of kit. (Supply of joint as well as other materials in contractor’s scope). These
shall be suitable for 1.1 kV grade cables.

Item No: 90 :- These shall be suitable for 1.1 kV grade cable and of reputed make a s a p p r o v e d b y
Engin eer-in-charge supply of joint as well asother materials in the scope of the
contractor
Item No 19, 20, 23B, 93B 94B:- Laying /Re-laying of U/G Cable:Laying
/Re-laying of cables in ground shall be at a minimum depth of 0.75Mtr, and
0.9 Mtr. in case of HT cables. Bricks shall be provided on both sides and
covered width wise on cable, after covering with sufficient sand,as shown in
Fig. Brick of B class shall be used. Brick and sand in Party’s Scope. Route
marker made of cast iron of size 100x100 mm to be suppliedand fixed by the
contractor, at a distance of 100Mtr and on Road crossings and bends. The
dugout trench after covering with earth shall be rammed to level. Shifting of
surplus earth shall also be in contractor’s scope.

Item No 94D:- same as 94B but in RCC/PCC covered area (6-8 Inch thick) including making good and
restoring to original incl supply of all materials.

Item No 94F:-

1. Disconnection and Removal of old trailing cables from the cable supporting trolleys /P. B. station
supporting steel chain.
2. Maintenance of Cable supporting Trolleys assembly, supporting steel chain after removing and
cleaning of rail beam.
3. Laying of new trailing cable and clamping/holding with trolleys and steel chain.
4. Connection and Simulation of all cables as per instruction of Engr In charge requirements.

Item No: 96:- Length to be measured shall be length of the cable rack/tray/wall only 10 cables per tray.
Supply of all materials and related civil and welding jobs are in the scope of the contractor.

Item No 24, 82,:- Painting of Poles:-

a) Cleaning of surface:- Cleaning of surface by de-scaling, scrapping, wire brushing by hand, old paint, rust,
scale, spatters and other foreign material removal by hammer scrapping by scrapping tools or emery or wire
brushing or combination of above methods.
b) Primer application:- After cleaning of the surface, as per above mentioned procedure, further cleaning if
required by de-greasing solvent, one coat of primer is to be applied as desired by Engr-in Charge. Anti
corrosive red oxide, zinc chromate, air-drying primer conforming to IS2704 in full, i.e. composition as well as
performance is to be used
.
c) Painting of Poles:- :-After primer application, painting is to be done with first quality aluminium paint. Two-
coat aluminium paint has to be applied.
Finish: Smooth and high gloss
.
Practical coverage: 15 Sq. Mr. Per litre at a DFT of 25 micron.
Note: Primer, thinner, aluminium paint, enamel paint etc., are in contractor’s scope. All petty materials like
emery paper etc and tools and tackles are to be arranged by the contractor.

Item No 104 A :- Earth pits are to be made according to the specification given and shall conform to the
provisions of IS 3043. For taking out connections from the pit, the GI pipe shall have a GI horizontal bus bar
which is welded to the pipe as shown in the sketch below Incl supply of all materials.

Item No 104B:- Construction as per drawings attached Incl supply of all materials.

Item No 104C:- Same as 104B but in RCC/PCC covered area including making good and restoring to
original Incl supply of all materials.

Item No 104D:- Modif ication of Ex is ting sm all s ized earthling pit as per IS:3043 including making
of chamber 600 mm, Depth 400 mm and width 125 mm. restoring to original Incl supply of all materials

Item No 105:- Maint. of earth station shall include, checking of earth resistance of earth pit, cleaning,
tightening/ replacement of nuts and bolts, filling of salt (5kg in each pit;) and watering, as reqd. All materials
in Party’s Scope.

Item No 106:- Primer, thinner, aluminium paint, enamel paint etc., are in contractor’s scope. All petty
materials like emery paper etc and tools and tackles are to be arranged by the contractor

Item No 107:- Epoxy Painting of Motors: Primer and Paint shall meet the following specifications:

Primer: Epoxy Red Oxide Zinc Chromate Primer.


Type: Two pack cold cured.
Composition: Amine adduct cured epoxy pigmented red-oxide zinc chromate.
Mixing Ratio: Base to Hardener 3:1
Pot life: 5-6 Hrs at 30 °C.
Application : By hand.
Covering capacity: 10 sq Mtr per ltr at a DFT of 25 microns.
Drying time: Touch dry 30 min at 30 °C and hard dry 6-8 hrs.
Over coating interval: 24 Hrs min at 30 °C; 5 days max at 30 °C.
Plash point: 23 –25 °C
Colour: Red.
Solvent: Thinner for epoxy finishes only.

Paint: Epoxy finishing paint pigmented.


Type: Two pack cold cured.
Composition: Polyamide or Amine adduct epoxy resin suitably pigmented. Volume solids not less than 50%.
Mixing Ratio: Base to Hardener 3:1
Practical covering capacity: 8-10 sq mtr per ltr at a DFT of 30 microns.
Drying time: Touch dry 2-3 Hrs at 30 °C.
Over coating: 24 Hrs minimum and 5 days max.
Flash point: 25°C.
Solvent: Thinner for epoxy finishes only.
Finish: Glossy.
Curing time: It achieves full cure after 7 days.

Note:- Primer, thinner, aluminium paint, enamel paint etc., are in contractor’s scope. All petty materials like
emery paper etc and tools and tackles are to be arranged by the contractor

Item No 109-114:- W iring of light point / Fan point / Call bell point / 3 pin 5 Amp. Plug point, with 1.5 mm
(multi strand), PVC insulated, copper conductor cable (ISI marked, IS 694-1990) on wall in PVC Pipe /in
recessed PVC Pipe and earthing with bare copper wire of 16 SW G (CI/MS boxes for switches etc. should
be recessed / flushed in wall, are also to be provided by the contractor).
Apart from above telephone wiring with single pair flat telephone cable size 0.71 sq mm tinned copper
conductor PVC –PVC can also be got done in place of above type of wiring in item No 109.Telephone
wiring will be laid on separate batten/pipe & in no case in the same batten/pipe as that of electrical
wiring.(Removal of old wiring is in contractors scope)

Item No 110: W iring of Fan point - ISI marked Electronic fan regulator shall also be provided.

Item No 113:- W iring of 3/5 pin 15 Amp. Power Plug point, with 4.0 mm (multi strand) for first point and

with 2.5 mm (multi strand) for second point, PVC insulated, copper conductor cable (ISI marked, IS 694-
1990) on wall in PVC Pipe /in recessed PVC Pipe (incl. providing & fixing piano type switches, sockets) and

earthing the 3 pin with bare copper wire of 16 SW G (CI boards /boxes for switches etc. should be
recessed / flushed in wall, are also to be provided by the contractor).

Item No 114:- W iring of sub main with 2x2.5 mm 2 (multi strand), 2x4.0 mm 2(multi strand) insulated copper
conductor cable (ISI marked, IS 694-1990) on wall in PVC Pipe /in recessed PVC Pipe and earthing with
bare copper wire of 16 SW G (CI boards /boxes for switches etc. should be recessed / flushed in wall, are
also to be provided by the contractor).

Item No 115:-Renovation of O/H, Street light fixtures including opening of light shade, glass cover,
replacement of lamps/ LED feetings LED Driver, tubes, repair / redoing of cable joints, repair replacement of studs,
relaying and redressing of cable, replacement of starter, choke, repairing of associated metal structure etc. as per
requirement and as approved by Engr.-in Charge.

Item No.123:- Scope shall include erection by tag welding of the cable tray with the structure already available,
cutting work and/or welding work for the completion of tray installation. Cable tray shall be supplied by NFL.
Replacement shall involve removing of old trays & fixing of new tray in its place including cutting, welding, nut bolting
etc. Scope shall also cover lifting of any number of cable on the tray to be replaced & placing them back on newly
laid cable trays including clamping etc.

Item No. 124:- Scope shall include fabrication & installation of support frame if required, for the installation of starter or
push buttons. All related welding and civil jobs will be in the scope of the contractor.

Item No. 129.:- NFL shall supply only lighting fixtures and flexible Al/ Copper wire. GI Pipes and the structural
material required for the erection of lighting fixtures, including all other minor materials like clamps, hardware etc.
required for the erection work shall be provided by the contractor.

Item No. 130:- NFL shall supply lighting fixtures, pipes and the structural material required for the erection of lighting
fixtures, including flexible Al/ Copper wire. All the other minor materials like clamps, hardware etc. required for the erection
work shall be provided by the contractor.

Item No. 131 & 145:- Transportation of material shall be from plant to another plant or from Storage to any Plant or
from store or plant to t/ship. The contractor shall arrange suitable transport facility for safe transportation of the
materials. No assistance shall be provided for the transportation of the material. However, for lighter material
services of Jumbo (Electric Truck) shall be provided subject to its availability.

Item No. 132:- Disconnected cable shall be pulled from any distance backward. Clamps and cleats opened for the
pulling of cables shall be fixed back after the completion of pulling of cable. Contractor shall also provide clamps, if
required, for replacement. No separate payment shall be made for the saddle, clamps etc.

Item No. 135:- Cleaning of capacitor banks in substations as per site requirement. All materials like cloth, vim etc will
be in the scope of the contractor.

Item No. 136:- Cleaning of panels in substations as per site requirement. All materials like cloth, vim etc will be in the
scope of the contractor.

Item No. 137:- Cleaning of transformers in s/stns as per site requirement. All materials like cloth, vim etc will be in
the scope of the contractor.

Item No. 139:- Cleaning of cable trench including cleaning of cables with water spray and removing mud from trench
and dewatering of trench etc as per site requirement.

Item No. 140:- Cleaning of LT motors of all sizes in various plants as per site requirement with wire brush etc.

Item No. 142:- Cleaning of HT motors of all sizes in various plants as per site requirement.

Item No. 143:- Cleaning, Rinsing and shifting of oil drums, pipe connections with filter machine, sampling etc.

Item No. 149:- Assistance in execution of intermittent electrical jobs during short shutdowns / unforeseen breakdowns /
Annual turn around etc.

Item no 157:- The job involves replacement of motors by decoupling of motor from the driven equipment, recording of IR
value of motor and cable, Removal of earth connections, Cable disconnection, shifting of Healthy motor to foundation from site
workshop, Shifting of removed motor to site workshop, as per requirement, removal of coupling from the removed motor and
fixing it on the healthy motor ,if required ,Replacement of motor on foundation and alignment with driven equipment (Up to the
satisfactions of Engineer-Incharge) , replacement of Cable lugs , if required, recording of final IR value of motor and cable ,
cable connection and trial run on no load condition and Wrapping of Polythene sheet on terminal box , coupling with driven
equipment. Checking the direction of rotation and to be changed , If required.

NFL supervisor will arrange the safety work permit , All workshop jobs e.g. building up of rotor shaft and end
covers , welding/machining of broken parts will be in NFL’s scope. However, shifting to workshop will be in
contractor’s scope . all consumables like grease , diesel , CTC, Markin cloth, cotton waste, Rustolene, M-seal,
polythene sheet etc. shall be provided by free of cost. All spare parts shall be supplied by NFL. All special tools
like Hydraulic Pullers, Cranes( for motor above 15 Kw ) , Jumbo Truck, shall be provided by NFL, However, The
contractor shall arrange silings and D-schackles, Chain blocks and all normal Tools such as Spanners up to
32mm size, L-Key set etc. required for motor replacement ,Dial guage with magnetic base shall be arranged by
contractor . Final alignment reading report will be submitted by the contractor. Work place cleanliness will be
Contractor’s responsibility. The contractor shall dispose off All the waste at the marked place.

Item no. 158:- same as above ( Iteno. 157) except replacement and shifting of motor.

Item no 159:- Trimming /Pruning of tree branches fouling with overhead lines / obstructing street light on the
roads etc. to the satisfaction of Engineer-Incharge. This job also includes removal of the Branches / leaves
fallen down on the ground due to Pruning / Trimming of trees from the work-site to the waste yard. Necessary
tools and tackles are to supplied / arranged by the contractor , however ladder shall be supplied by NFL.

Item no 160 :- Supply of Semi-skilled labour for assistance to NFL employees in day to day maintenance job
for one operation of 8 Hrs.

Item no 161 :- Erection of poles (Pole Supply in NFL’s Scope).shifting of poles from store to site and old
poles from site to store, Digging, erecting pole by burying 4 to 6 feet in ground and making of concrete
foundation. Height of concrete muffing should be 1.5 Feet above the ground level And dia of muffing should
be minimum 2 Feet . (Contractor’s Scope) or as instructed by the Engr-in- Charge. Cement will be supplied
by NFL on chargeable basis if required.

ANNEXURE B

The contractor will keep following material at site (both in factory and township) for the efficient
maintenance

1. Welding Machine – one no.( As an when required)


2. Meggers 1 KV -- one no
3. Meggers 500 volts -- two no
4. Multimeters -- two nos
5. Clamp meters – two nos
6. Tool kits complete with all spanners, goti set -- 5 nos
